Cox Premier Properties has been my property management company for over 10 years. They have done an exceptional job keeping my rental property occupied and taking care of any issues. Cox Premier Properties has competitive management fees, the lowest in the industry. And, they never charge you any “extras” for work orders. Their staff is very professional and great at communicating with owners and keeping you informed. I am extremely grateful to have this company serving my property management needs.

Melissa and her husband are scammers. They would randomly take $300 to $400 of our and ssy it was for fixing something at my rental property. When it was time for the lease to be up she didn’t even give the tenants 60 notice I had to tell the lease was up and she never answered the phone. They make up things that need to be fixed my property was completely renovated before the tenant moved. RUN DONT USE THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.

I rented a property for several years from Cox! Move in and move out process was so easy and they always made sure things were taken care of! I highly recommend Melissa and the team!

We have been tenants for many years and couldn’t be happier. Such a great house with an amazing landlord! Melissa is always on top of things (while totally respecting our space too!), super reachable, and always responsive - quickly fixing any maintenance request we may have! The experience the past 2 years has not been great, I wouldn’t say horrible, but it’s not been great at all. The warm and welcoming demeanor quickly leaves when you sign the lease. I’d say I’d agree with the majority of the lower rated comments below. I’ve been a very low maintenance tenant, I’ve place 1 request for maint when the fence literally fell, and none else in two years. Pay on time, minus one mishap the first month (due to misunderstanding). The attached photos are just examples of how dry, unwelcoming, and overall uncaring Cox can be. Honestly, I’m just bummed out. I’ve stayed in one of there properties for almost 4 years. 5 star service great property managers. Always responded with urgency to maintenance matters. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From move in date to almost 4 years later moving out they have been nothing but the best and very professional.

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Cox Premier Properties staff. The application process was smooth and easy and they coordinated everything properly and promptly when the request for repairs was needed. Amazing.

Bad management, not willing to help , late in response, rude in the answers, we regret the time that we went with Cox premier , my family and I had real hard time and bad experience Not recommended If something goes wrong with the house they try to blame you in anyway and then it takes forever till it gets fixed
