Donald has been so helpful and committed to great communication. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with renting their property. I would welcome the chance to work with him again.

Signing went well, but none of the requested repairs were made before move in (broken fence, broken microwave, and more), were not given instructions for keys until halfway through move in day, not enough keys were provided and garage remotes were never provided. Its been almost two weeks and no word on on fixing any of these issues. House was not properly cleaned either. Ac also needed repair on moving in. Communication has been sparse and very untimely.

Jennifer Parker was amazing from the start. She helped us get into a home when we really needed it and went above and beyond to make our move out process as stress free as possible. My family is so greatful to her and her team! Thank you!

I've been living in one of the properties manged by cwsparks since 1992 and I'm please with their services.

The property manager, Jennifer, was good, but the homeowner was harassed and threatened by neighbors, the City of Allen, and the Allen Police Department. Although I was late on rent a couple of times due to financial difficulties, they initially worked with me. However, things changed when slander began, and the owner decided to proceed with an eviction.

I have been renting a house through cw sparks since August of 2023.. let me just start off by saying.. I have nothing bad to say about this company, staff, or owner! They are all so amazing, and all such a HUGE help when you have any kind of issues with billing, maintenance, or just anything at all. We were looking to lease a home through CW sparks and we had an amazing experience working with Chris Flake! He was great at communicating & responding to any questions I had in a timely manner. Thanks to him we were able to get into the house we wanted very quickly & efficiently.
