We have used Dallas Property Management to manage our rental properties since 2020. They are wonderful. Doug is very knowledgeable and responsive. He promptly addresses any issues with the tenants and responds to any questions or concerns we have without delay. He makes it easy and worry free to be a landlord.

I have been using Dallas Property Management Pros to manage my rental property since 2016. I am very pleased with their service. I have had 3 renters and they have all been excellent. John Henry and his team are great to work with. If there ever is a problem they are on it and have a solution quickly. DPM has been managing my rental property for over a year, for almost everything they're great. Our roof got damaged in a storm in April and their company did a fantastic job on helping us handle our insurance company. Their roofer subcontractors are great. Paperwork, tax info, and tenant payments have been great too, I'm blessed that the first tenant they found has been my only one.

Love everything about working with Dallas Property Management! John has been a phenomenal support to me and helped in numerous ways to get our house on the market with the right tenants. I would highly recommend them if you’re considering a property management company for your rental home.
