Currently my husband and I rent a home that is managed by Deguire Properties. Derek has always been very helpful and responds so quickly. He will even answer a question after work hours and will send an important email late at night just to make sure we receive it. I can’t thank them enough for all the help they have been during our time at the house we’ve been renting. Great property managers!!
Derek was unprofessional during our move out. His email about the state of the house was rude and unprofessional. He's entitled to his opinion but "disgusting" is probably not a word to use especially when we spent so long cleaning a house we didn't get in the best condition anyway
