Dillan was able to help my family evict some of the worst tenants we have ever encountered. Not only did he get it done fast but he did it with high integrity and provided updates every step of the way. We were very impressed and thankful for his services.

Paid for services never rendered; zero communication. I paid DFW Eviction Pros $744 to file an eviction. After taking my money, the company went completely silent. For over a month, I reached out via phone calls and texts seeking updates or a court date, and every single attempt was ignored. No filing was secured, and no services were provided. It is incredibly unprofessional to take a client's funds and then vanish. I am now out $744 with no progress on my case. Save your money and your time—avoid this company at all costs.

DFW Eviction Pros is my go-to when I need an eviction case handled. From start to finish, they make it easy. I highly recommend, especially for landlords that want to avoid the headache of court. The value is worth it, they have had success in every single one of our cases.

Since you want to LIE, I have time today! I have RECEIPTS that I never invited him back and that I informed you that the eviction was still a go! Even if you did cancel the filing, why was I never informed of such? As I stated before, I am still waiting on PROOF that you filed paperwork with the court! Again, 0 STARS, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Waste of time and waste of money! I’m had to follow up several times requesting an update and when I asked for proof that there was paperwork filed with the court, crickets! To this day, I’m still waiting on proof that there was eviction paperwork filed with the court. I DEFINITELY do not recommend; Unless you want your money taken from you with minimal effort and no results.

Really sad with the outcome of our case, Dillan admitted to have made a mistake the first time our case was taken to court, to make things right, he promised to help us once again free of charge. Second court date came along and he once again failed us, we lost both times due to miscommunication and lack of knowledge. My husband and I tried reaching out to him in various ways to see what else could be done, he has ignored our calls and messages so far.

Dillan and team are extremely professional, patiently responded to all of our questions, explained the process, showed deep respect for our concerns. Definietly recommend him for the job well done.

Dillon was a plethra of knowledge on eviction process. My situation was NOT cut and dry by no means. He provided several solutions to my problem. He handled all the paperwork from the actual eviction notice all the way to the documents for court. He was responsive and very professional.
