DFW Property Management.com has made managing my rental easy. The only issue is that it takes a while and a few follow-ups for them to complete tasks. I think it's because they manage a lot of properties. I would rate 5 stars if tasks were completed faster.

DFW Property Management.com provided me with excellent service. They were extremely professional and took great care in getting my property ready. They created beautiful advertising and listed quickly. The house leased in a matter of a few days! They have a great team and I will be using their services again.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Anytime I had issues took 2 to 3 months to even get a response to them fixing anything. Had multiple leaks from my ceiling that destroyed my flooring then after I moved they said I messed up the flooring. Had mold in the apartment. Always asking for me to ask neighbors to pay rent which is not my job as a tenant. Always asking for you to do stuff for them don’t take nothing off rent. Had to go to upstairs unit above me and clean up water that was leaking through my ceiling cause they don’t have their own maintenance guy they use a contractor and when you can’t leave wo…

I definitely recommend this company. They were willing to work with us when we were rejected by other leasing agents. I absolutely love our new home that we are renting from them. DFW Property Management has been wonderful helping me finding new home and making sure everything is perfect for move in. Their homes are really nice and come with the modern today appliances. Run far away from properties managed by this group. I started leasing a home in November and I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences. Application- They couldn’t believe I lived at the same apartment complex for five years but had two different units (upgraded). I had to try to explain it like I’m talking to a toddler and write an email to the complex myself to get them to understand. “Can you confirm I lived in x and y units? This is blowing their mind!” Move in day- They had people scheduled to tour the property they didn’t cancel. People coming to our door every hour for a tour. Repairs-…

The process was very simple and fast, I was approved for home in less than a week. Yadira, is heaven sent and will go out her way to answer any questions or accommodations. The times I’ve called, they always answered. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a stress and worry free company!

I have been renting with DFW Property for a little over a year now and I must admit, it has been a pleasant encounter, from the initial viewing all the way down to the move In process. Venki is AWESOME!!!!!! He made the process from start to finish easy and painless! He walks you through everything, communicates, and he's soo nice and professional. He was so patient with me as I was a tad skeptical(I wasn't super nice, I had been scammed in the past). It seemed too good to be true kind of thing. He helped make sure I knew it was not. So far, I am pleased with this company and recommend them if you're renting!!!!

Venki and his team were SO helpful during the process of signing and making payments. They answered all questions as best as they could (we had a LOT haha). I had heard in the past they the management company could sometimes be hard to get a hold of, but we had NO issues!!! They answered every time and would call back to check in. Great service, and very kind people!!

We are new tenants, but so far the team has been extremely helpful, especially Vinki. He has been very communicative and easy to reach, even on weekends or evenings. The application process was fast and easy, and the team has been sure to let us know they are here to help with anything we need. Vinki was even able to get us into our home sooner than expected! Look forward to leasing with a team who cares about their tenants.

We still love love love our new home. We have been here over a year now and the entire team continues to be helpful and friendly regarding expediting maintenance requests, general questions and overall professionalism, I would definitely recommend them even more so now due to their consistency!

Mohamed Sulthar has a nice property and was easy to communicate with especially since we took care of all the arrangements 8 hrs away in corpus christi tx we got here late in the evening around 8:45pm and he still met us at the property management office to make sure we had access to our new place .
