They make living here care-free, with great maintenance and high-quality work all round. From the first contact, they have been friendly, helpful, and professional, with an great team that made everything ready and now supports us very well along the way. Absolutely professional and experienced staff. Especial thanks to Robert who owns the LLC. He is able to give individualized attention to every tenant. He personally helped me out with recovering Security deposit from my last landlord/owner who was wrongly holding up my rent. Robert informed me of tenant rights and texas tenant code 92, and with his help I was able to get my security deposit back. My wife and I have been renting from Robert and DFW Rent Houses for several years now. It is wonderful to have a business relationship with a strong Christian. He runs his company and way that shows their love for Jesus Christ. I have had a couple of issues in maintenance and they have taken care of them immediately. The company is not trustworthy, and their houses are old, and they do not want to do any repairs. They do not treat their tenants with respect, and they are rude. They make promises they do not keep.

Robert, Rhonda, and team are amazing. I have been renting from them since 2018. I don’t have to reach out much, but when I do, everyone I have encountered has been responsive and very pleasant to work with. I have rented apartments and other homes and this by far has been the best experience with a landlord I’ve ever had. I don’t know how they do it, but they have a maintain a healthy balance of advocacy for both the renter and the owner. The entire team are good genuine people, which is rare today!

I have had several rental companies in my life and this one is by far my favorite. They are friendly and helpful. I have had two maintenance issues so far and the issues were fixed very quickly. It is clear to me that Robert and DFW Rent Houses cares about their renters and try to make things as simple as possible. I can’t recommend them any more. Along the years that I have been renting with them , anything broke at the house got addressed right away as soon as the ticket was opened .
