If you want upset tennats who don't want to renew their lease, then this is the company for you. As a renter working with Emerald Creek has been frustrating. As a landloard myself, i'm grateful my tennats dont receive the quality of care that Emerald Creek provides. From the very beginning communication has been an issue. Slow to get help, answers, and anything accomplished. From charging us extra fees and refusing to reimburse, to difficulty getting simple tasks/requests completed.

Highly recommend emerald for rental management. They’ve always done a fabulous job finding tenets and dealing with day to day maintenance of my property.

As we continue to grow our investment portfolio, we wouldn't think of any other company to use to manage our investment properties. Time after time, I continue to get fantastic service from Amberly Dossett for my rental property. She worked patiently to help me understand my make-ready options between tenants, and she recommended the most cost-effective ways to work with estimates for the best service. I've called several times asking for help with my owner statement, and she has carefully explained it line by line. If I called when she wasn't available, I got a call back from her within a few hours to follow up. When you hire Emerald, be sure to work with Amberly. I stay with them because of her great service!

Emerald has been very responsive and pleasant to work with while managing my rental property. Amberly Dossett has been particularly helpful in navigating the management of repairs, maintenance, and tenant relations (from a distance). Two thumbs up!

Would not recommend leasing with this company. I added stars because Emad, the agent showing the houses, deserves credit—he was so pleasant and kind and helpful. We also had a guy come promptly to fix the AC the week we moved in. There’s one woman at this company who was so kind and helpful in the beginning when the others weren’t, I wish I noted her name, we haven’t gotten to speak with her since. We've been renting a property managed by Emerald Creek for about a year and a half, and the support they've provided has been top notch. We've had our fair share of challenges with the aging equipment in the house including a number of situations that required significant investment and approval from the owner, and they've made sure we've been taken care of and had a good experience. They also partner with friendly and knowledgeable contractors that do quality work and continue to look for innovative ways leveraging technology to improve the resident experience.

I had an amazing experience with Emad “Eddie” in securing my rental. We had very limited time and he waited for me at the property so I could tour it, answered all my questions, stayed in constant contact with me and worked on getting our approval pushed thru quickly. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone needing a home.

Caution !! After reading the reviews I was skeptical but they was the only one offering a one year lease . I’ve had communication issues day one after moving in . I called maintenance for a lockout and they didn’t call back for days It was always an issue with them coming out and the people in the office never return phone calls. It was always issues. I’m so glad that I’m out of my lease. Then when I get ready to leave, they kept my refund for touchup paint.. Very disheartened and saddened with my experience with them. Issues from start to finish. I moved from out of state to a property managed by Emerald Creek. The property was inacurately described as brand new and was shocked that when arriving in-state and opening the door that the home was poorly kept, and filthy. We paid $100's of our own money to clean the home (pet damage, filthy floors/grout, holes in doors and walls, blinds damaged, carpet sticky and stained, poorly repaired patches in walls, etc). Would never recommend working with Emerald Creek. I would rather pay $500 more per month in rent on a property managed by anyone else than work with Emerald Creek ever again. If you choose to do business with them just expect dishonesty and to be taken advantage of. From their home listings to how they handle move out, it is a complete disaster set up for them to get any money from you they possibly can with absolutely no reasoning for additional fees or lease violations. I would give 0 stars if I could. Emerald Creek was an absolute nightmare to deal with from day one. Communication was consistently terrible. We had to chase them down repeatedly, even for urgent issues, and were often ignored until we followed up multiple times. We were charged monthly for air filters and never received a single one the entire year. We also didn’t receive a mail key or HOA access at move-in, which is basic property management. I leased a home through Emerald Creek Management and had a consistently poor experience. They have also moved properties with a clean slate of reviews since at the last location it was so poor. During our tenancy, there were multiple maintenance and safety issues. I recently attempted to move into this property, and my experience was honestly shocking. After receiving the keys, I discovered that the unit had multiple pests inside the home, clearly showing an existing infestation. I had photos documenting everything. The home was not clean, sanitary, or move-in ready by any reasonable standard. I ended up leaving within hours because the conditions were not safe or habitable.
