I want to give special recognition to Michelle Bonilla for her outstanding support. Her deep knowledge of accounting principles was invaluable in helping me reconcile transactions across multiple properties with Evernest. Michelle’s expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service made the process seamless. Property managers like her give me confidence in Evernest, making it easy to entrust them with even more business.

I went from bad to worse! Evernest deserves zero stars! They took over Poplar Homes at the beginning of January 2025 and nobody has bothered to contact me...I can't get a PM to call me! I have a tenant that is behind on rent since last year and it seems nothing is being done about it! Oh, but they are charging me management fees on three properties!

They will never call you back. If you are an owner, stay away form this company at all costs.

Really bad experience with this company. My roof is leaking.. My A/c sometime work sometime No… I need pay another company for fix the A/c correctly

The team at Evernest has been amazing to work with. They are very responsive to the needs of the tenants and property owners. Special thanks to Evernest manager, Dimari Swanagain who has worked exceptionally hard to keep our rental operations in Texas running smoothly.

I am moving into a house managed by Evernest and from the onset to present day it has been a great experience working with them. They have different teams that assist you all throughout the process. Evernest is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The amount of incompetence is astounding. They don't know how their own system works, so when one of the, at minimum, 3 different "coordinators" drops the ball regarding your move in, not a single other person at the company will have any idea what you are talking about. Why do you need to have so many different people take care of one move in? There's someone who works with you before you sign the lease, someone else that works with you the day of and after you sign the lease, and a third person who takes over immediately after them. Updated Review: After weeks of back-and-forth with Evernest, they were still unable to provide any valid proof or documentation for the charges they withheld from our security deposit. Once we informed them that we would be filing a claim in small claims court, they miraculously refunded nearly the entire deposit — which speaks volumes. Our initial experience still stands: poor communication, failure to follow Texas Property Code, and withholding funds without proper justification. Rent 3k, with attempted 'value added service charges' Treat you as a landlord not a tenant with maintenance charges. Overcharge beyond the amount of security deposit to screw with you. ??? Profit. I guess Edgar deleted my previous post. I will just post it again! I moved out October 1st and sent pictures which I will share here too, and Edgar sent me a ridiculous statement saying I owe them 777 dollars after they are keeping my 2692 deposit!!!!! Let’s not forget it took Edgar over 60 days to respond to me in regard to my dispute! They charged me for grass which was 400 dollars. Edgar P. Snd Evernest has been the best decision for our family home needs. They go above and beyond to ensure we stay happy as Residents. They are timely on repairs and has a great open line of communication. Evernest Property Mgmt takes care of renters and owners.

Great company when living there. But when you move out they try and bend you over on the deposit and then wanna charge on top of it after you leave the house in better condition than when you arrived.

Edgar is great and responding to my emails in a timely manner and is always there to help when I need anything!
