Fath Properties is the company that owns Princeton Court, the apartment I am currently living in. I would give negative reviews if I could. I want I would give negative reviews if I could. I want to write down all the bs that I have had to endure being here. I have lived here for over 3 years, so this review is coming from all my experiences from this place. Lesley Leralta is absolutely not professional, I didnt get my refund for almost 4 months and I left the country, this place is a mess. she is super rude aand arrogant I have emailed more than 40times to know about my refund and what was she always saying oh we have sent to the wrong address and this month you will get. Folks dont trust this agency ever. My refund supposed to be transferred in July so now is October.

This is the shittiest apartment ive ever lived. It looks decent enough on the outside but its falling apart on the inside. Where to begin: 1. They have the most rudest unprofesional people working in their leasing office like you wont believe. You cannot get any straight asnwer from them. I had to call main management office to get sorted out several time. They change people at the office every 2 months it seems and all rude. 2. Insids the apartment is not much better either. The bathroom is very outdated,moldy and falling apart. Kitchen appliances are a joke,they look like that havent been up…
