We have had many years of managemt turn over for various reasons at Towne Oaks Terrace in Dallas. So far, Fletcher Community Partners is proving to be first class. Their key componeent is excellent communication skills, professional knowledge of their sevices and a straight forward approuch to getting things done. Excellent experience thus far! Our association has been with Fletcher Community Partners for more than a year now. Our community manager, Delana, has been and remains a breath of fresh air - very responsive, professional, and always willing to assist our board of directors. From my vantage point, Fletcher has been a tremendous upgrade for our association in every regard - service, professionalism, and value. Tin is excellent. I speak with them every month to pay my HOA fees. They are kind, helpful, efficient & overall excellent @ their job. I work in real estate so I see bad service all the time. 10/10 Tin deserves a raise.

Absolutely TRASH pm company Negligent, overpriced, not helpful Would absolutely NEVER recommend them as a PM company. You are literally better off guessing and running it yourself

For the past year, I have been the President of the HOA for a small condominium with 31 units. Over the past 4 years we have had 3 different property managers. This is KPM Association Management (NOT ASSOCIATES) is the first Property Management Company actually managing the property. I am an owner of two condominiums in a community in Dallas. I have owned these properties for almost 10 years. Last year, the HOA board decided to change the HOA management company—that’s when the trouble began. In early November, we discovered an invoice charged to our account for a plumbing issue that occurred in a condo that is not directly connected but is situated next to the neighboring unit below us. We responded with our concerns, requesting an explanation for the invoice and why the charge was applied to us. KPM checked with the HOA board and informed us that they would uphold the ch…

No action at all. Several concerns have been sent, with only a basic type of response, or none at all. HOA is non-existent, as owners have no idea who's on the board, simple things cannot be resolved, and there seems to be no lack of urgency or concern for owners! Be warned!

Worst management company ever. Does not have the best interest of our community in mind. Completely rude as well. They have 2 stars for a reason.

Car vandalism is rampant in my condominium, and they’re unresponsive to my calls and emails. There are cameras, but they don’t seem to work. Don’t get me started on the poor landscaping. I wouldn’t recommend this Management Company at all!

I showed up to our HOA annual meeting because I had several concerns and questions about our association budget and where all this money was going. KPM and their team conducted a really well run, professional annual HOA meeting that was really informative. They even took the time to answer a few of my questions and concerns after the long meeting, which really went a long way for me. After going through everything with them, I really felt educated about our HOA and how things are run. Keep up the good work.

We're dealing with a problem with water leakage to our unit which required me to reach out to the Fletcher company several times for clarification. Tin has been extraordinary helpful, kind and patient to me in providing help, support and put me at ease in dealing with a very difficult time. We're still in the process of waiting for repair but I know I can count on Tin to provide answers to my concerns.
