We sure did enjoy our family vacation trip with our two year old. We stayed in the Richardson home which was very spacious and plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy! The pool was well kept and added to the amazing experience we had. Our host were very accommodating for us and easy to work with! We had everything we needed and would love to stay here again! It was a staycation under the circumstances I had to stay here. Overall the pool was the favorite part since I have teenagers and when the grandkids came to visit they had games for them to stay entertained. I will definitely be back!! The host was very responsive to the needs of the property.

This is my first time reserving/staying in an Airbnb. This property is exactly how it looks in pictures, very cute and welcoming. Tal was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I stayed at a property managed by Goldnest and had planned to remain for five nights. However, I was forced to leave after the first night due to unsanitary and inhospitable conditions. I contacted Tal to resolve the issue, but he was unhelpful and mischaracterized the situation in his communications with Airbnb. If you are considering Goldnest as a property manager, I encourage you to review the attached photos and decide for yourself whether you would want your property maintained in that condition.

This is a great house and a great location. I love having a garage available to park the car at night. The accommodations are comfortable and the interior of the house is very modern and updated.

We had a wonderful stay at the house and truly enjoyed our time there. The home was very comfortable, and the master bedroom with the king bed was especially cozy and restful. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was a big plus for us. Being able to rest properly—especially after three full days of conventions—made a huge difference. We had a wonderful stay in Dallas. This house was perfect for our group of girls. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever Slept in. Everyone else in the house agreed. This week has been some pretty crazy weather, but this house never got too hot or too cold The kitchen is roomy and has most of the essentials. The couches were very comfortable and there was enough space for us all. The communication was great and the commute to Dallas Market Center was very convenient I will definitely search this property first when we have the next market Highly recommend

We had a very enjoyable experience staying at the Tranquil Retreat! Everything was very clean and the location is very convenient to many local interests. The jacuzzi and play area for the kids in the back yard was a nice plus! Would definitely recommend.

My kids were sketchy about the neighborhood as we turned in, but to our surprise we had no issues. Very, very quiet neighborhood!! The house was so spacious and they were very accommodating. The house is beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of room to have Thanksgiving dinner with family. The appliances worked well. The location was very nice. Some measuring spoons would have been nice, but that was all that was missing in the kitchen. Our kids were pleased to have bathrooms and bedrooms to themselves. I had a wonderful long-term stay at tal! The apartment was clean, stylishly furnished, and felt like home from the moment I arrived. It's clear the space was thoughtfully set up for comfort and convenience. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Tal. We stayed at a property that GOLDNEST manages and it was completely gross and unlivable. See attached photos and video of the BIGGEST cockroach I have ever seen, dirty sheets with blood-like stains and an above ground pool that has - get this - no stairs or ladder to access getting in or out. What pool doesn’t have steps or a way to get out safely? It’s actually a safety hazard. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The host was very kind and prompt with her communication. This Airbnb was not only spacious and beautiful but yet very well stocked. Place was pretty filthy for the price, not up to date, beds were broken in multiple rooms, showers were absolutely terrible and the master hurts when you shower. A few storms came through the Dallas area and both times it leaked tremendously through the living room/outside doors, and master bedroom. Water takes forever to warm up so give yourself 5 solid minutes before a shower/bath or doing the dishes. Washer and dryer take a solid 3.5 hours to do a small load. This was the most amazing stay ever! The house was gorgeous and the neighborhood was very safe. I am particular about cleanliness and this house surpassed my expectations. The mid-century modern 'Posh House' worked great for our group of 8. The hot tub and comfortable beds were awesome as was the impressive master bath. The house has great character and I wish we had more time to enjoy everything it had to offer. We didn't have time to try out the pool or do any grilling on the back patio. The house is close to AT&T Stadium and Six Flags Amusement park.

Staying here helped me feel like I was in a lil get away from home. I loved coming out in the mornings with my dogs and sitting on the patio , the breeze from all the surrounding trees felt great and my dogs loved sitting by the pool as well. The only thing really that bugged me here is the swimming pool guy came through the gates whenever he wanted and sometimes my daughters were out tanning. Also they were maybe 3 waterbugs I saw here due to a leak from the hot tub on the patio. Otherwise it really felt homey and relaxed here, owners provided everything to make u feel at home.

Cancelled my family vacation less than two weeks before our arrival over a dispute with an initial pool heating activation fee ($150 activation, plus a per-day charge). I had asked if the activation was necessary if a family was in the day prior to ours and the pool was already up to temperature. They will nickel and dime you outside of the Airbnb through a separate portal (ex: $21.00 for checking in an hour earlier, etc.). While this place looked pretty and aesthetic inside, it was actually very dirty. The floors had not been swept properly and they were not mopped at all. The rug in the living room smelled strongly of feces and the neighborhood was questionable. You can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing and saying. Tal Ifrah abruptly canceled my reservation right before my scheduled check-in with my business partners. This sudden change put us in a tough spot, as I had organized everything based on the expectation of checking in as planned. The cancellation not only threw our travel plans into disarray but also added stress as we rushed to secure new accommodations at the last minute. This situation was especially frustrating considering the significance of this trip for our business discussions and meetings. Don't waste your time on their properties, not worth the inconvenience!

We unfortunately had a bad experience with Goldnest. Our initial airbnb fell through, so we booked here extremely last minute. Once we booked and paid, we were told extra house rules for the dogs (not allowed on furniture or beds) and also asked to pay more pet fees even though Airbnb had already charged us. We were annoyed that they didn't have these rules or exact fees listed in the property's info - it felt very deceiving and shady. What a nightmare of a trip. From the check in the lock was inoperable. Goldnest said they would send someone to fix it and 8 hours later I had to call and remind them as they had forgotten. We also found roaches, had missing pavers around the pool, no hot water in 2 bathrooms and no water pressure in another, a different exterior door that wasn’t able to be locked and two empty propane tanks for the grill that they informed me I could fill or they would at some point the following day. We had a wonderful stay! The house was so clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the stadiums. Hot water for showers, well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. The beds were so comfortable. I've seen some reviews about the place being noisy due to neighbors. Though that wouldn't bother me in the least, it was a very quiet stay. The host was very responsive and reached out several times to make sure we didn't need anything. I will definitely be bringing my family back!

Really enjoyed the place kitchen was fun to cook in and beds were extremely comfortable! It was a great location in the apartments right by the garage entrance and on the first floor so we enjoyed that having a kid and a dog with us!

Great property! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for at least 10. Backyard pool was nice. Water a tad cool (mid October) but we got in it and enjoyed it. Very close to nice restaurants and grocery stores.

We held our girls trip of 7 women in Dallas this year. We have all been friends for 40+ years. The house is extremely clean and a perfect fit for all of us. The restrooms are clean and all perfect for everyone. There is a train and chickens near by for light sleepers but they did not interrupt us or our sleep. We truly enjoyed this home and will return on our next trip to Dallas. Thank you for such a beautiful home and central to everything. Not to mention the price is great and did I say it's clean. 😀

Accommodations were great! We came to Arlington to watch the Dallas Cowboys game and this condo was perfect. You can see the stadium from the front window and it was a quick easy walk to the game. The place was very clean and updated. My family and I were very happy with the place and entire experience.

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful home. There are plenty of bedrooms and having 3 full baths is a plus! My son loved the cinema room and we ate breakfast and a late dinner on the patio where there is a plethora of sitting. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. My oldest son loved the hammock! We did have trouble finding the lights for outside and I was surprised at the lack of “extras” in the kitchen. Had a lovely stay at the Big Cypress home this past weekend and it was perfect. The house was spacious, neighborhood was nice, pool was relaxing, and communication with the hosts was extremely smooth. We had a group of friends in Dallas for the weekend and stayed at a property in the uptown area. The property was great! Clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. There were restaurants and bars within walking distance. Communication from the management company was excellent and I would definitely rent from them again if in the Dallas area.

Our family enjoyed our stay at a Goldnest-managed Airbnb in Dallas. It’s a beautiful space with tasteful design elements, a modern kitchen, and modern, well-constructed furnishings. My family was very comfortable and spent quite a bit of time gathered around the dining table or lounging in the living room, watching movies or having animated conversations. It really felt like *our* place. The hosts were responsive in their communication and their hospitality was excellent.
