I would stay away from doing business with Green Light as a renter or property owner. They actually cost one of their clients $4800 in rent because they didn't respond to my inquiry when rent for a unit was posted at $1,250. They ended up renting the unit to me at $1,050 after they couldn't find a tenant. The second and final year I was there they also forgot to charge me $35 in monthly pet fees, $420. Heard many horror stories of having landlords and even more about having property management companies that are “corporatized” but Fritzie, Mark, and the entire greenlight team have taken great care of my family and I for the past two years. Quick communicators, and always willing to help when we had an issue, sad to be leaving and if we ever need to rent again greenlight will be the first place we look!

I have not had functional air-conditioning for 18 days, and Cindy with the maintenance team is ignoring my requests to be kept informed of what is being done to rectify this situation. It's May in Texas, and it took 2 full weeks for anyone to even offer a window unit. This isn't even just incompetence at this point, this is just inhumane.

This property is in excellent condition. The entire home has obviously been professionally restored. I once was a granite subcontractor in residential remodeling; and I’ve gotta say the work at 4533 Worth is clean and should definitely stand the test of time. My family and I moved in on Friday, 4/10/2026, and after just five days, our experience has been great! Fritzie has been wonderful she even called a couple of days after we moved in to check on us and see if we needed anything. Communication has been excellent. I’ll update if anything changes.

Terrible terrible company. No one answers the phone, and no one messages you back. They call you to make sure they have their money and that’s about it. They came to do an inspection in Feb and I haven’t heard from them since! IT IS APRIL YALL. Nothing has been fixed. There are MANY issues. I have been trying to reach somebody for three months. NO ONE HAS ANSWERED OR MESSAGED ME BACK. I’m about to get a lawyer involved.

I have hesitated to leave a review because I have moved out and didn’t want to be petty but I feel like I must to try to warn people of the type of company they have dealing with. I lived in a GL duplex for 5 years and it was not a good experience. My duplex had major foundation issues and when I brought this to their attention they did at first try to fix things but as time went on they did the absolute bare minimum. My boyfriend Nick had a horrible experience trying to get his security deposit back. He moved out on December 22nd, and we have to pick up the check 40minutes away in BedFord, on Feb 13th!! Never received a list of deductions, although those were made. The list of deductions received today, included cleaning a “dryer vent” when he never had a dryer. They expect you to pay rent electronically so they receive it instantly, but then they mail you multiple checks that never arrive, along with the list of deductions. Two years living in a Green Light managed property, a nice old home in Hurst. Green Light is great as long you never need anything from them. In the middle of August, Green Light failed to provide proper AC repairs to my home for two weeks. Indoor temperatures would get as high as 90 degrees, and they would just send another tech out to jump start the unit and leave, all so it could break again 12 hours later and restart the process. If you care to have any peace in your living arrangement, look elsewhere.

It seems that my earlier review under my name was deleted. Renting a duplex house from GL for the last year and a half or so. When I first moved in, the place was so dirty and the electrical outlets did not work that they had to partially refund my money to fix the issues that should have been taken care of before they put the house on the market for rent. I have been trying to reach this office since the 7th of Sept. They still have their VMs forwarded due to Labor Day, over a week after. I can’t get through to the Maria, (maintenance) who I had been speaking with regarding my AC being out. It’s frustrating when you have small children that are forced to be uncomfortable and there is no communication with updates on when a situation will be resolved. We have been exceptional tenants for almost 4 years and pay nearly $3,000 a month. The least that could be provided is good customer service. Follow up with an eta!!

The property I moved in was misleading . I asked a specific question about the property but was given the run around . I hope that no one can break into our garage . I have a 1 year old and the property doesn't feel safe knowing that . I also received bad customer service from the leasing a leasing agent .

I rarely schedule a maintenance work order. Last request I was charged $300 and I recently placed one I ended up canceling due to poor response time and no communication. You’ll have better luck fixing things yourself.

I have lived in a rental property for GreenLight PM since 2020. I have scheduled maintenance requests through the portal & have gotten only a few resolved and completed. we had a new dishwasher installed by Home Depot and it was too small for the available space in the kitchen so we submitted a maintenance ticket for it to be properly secured and installed and fastened. We were actually not at home when the work was done and just saw the work and it was great -- a new board wad added and it was painted to match the rest of the kitchen. Really impressed that all was done quietly and thought of proactively without us there to ask for it or offer input. Thanks!

Here is an update on the account of William Smith, it seems I do not have enough space on my previous review. Green Light Mgmt has a mandatory $45 per month tenant benefit package you have to accept. Most of the services are free from any other company, online bill pay, someone answers the phone 24-7 for maintenance emergency issues, a utility concierge service that is suppose to contact and help you out to set up your utilities, but you have to call them to name a few. One of the other items you are required to pay for is delivery of A/C filters, which are suppose to arrive once every 2 month…

Worst company it was nice til we moved in. Squirrels and rats in the attic we had to call pest control 3 times out of pocket before they came and found a hole on the side of the house. There was an open pipe out front that we got told wasn’t up to code and that’s how a rat got into our home. There was plumbing issues every month. The management told us their plumbing was brand new then their maintenance guy came to check and said we had to be careful cause the pipes were really old!! We had a leak in the front yard cause their pipes busted and for two weeks we reached out for someone to come …

THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP TO EXIST!!! If you're thinking about renting a house through them, DO NOT DO IT!!! The office management lacks accountability for anything that is their fault, they will come up with all of these random fees and charges and if you want to know what it's for, they will not tell you. If you have a maintenance appointment with them, the maintenance team will be late for HOURS, cancel the day of, with no penalty. All jokes aside, I am not sure how the company really operates. I had a negative experience a few times over. It was my first experience with a management company, so maybe I’m the dummy. But, I wasn’t happy with repairs made and damage done that was never disclosed or repaired. I also was unhappy with the communication and the responses to my concerns.

This company is a joke. I stayed at a location for over 5 years and got the house professionally cleaned before I moved out and they will still find a way to give you less than 5% of your security deposit back. On my last day when I was suppose to return the keys they made sure to keep texting me but I could not get ahold of anyone at the company. They charged me for things on my security deposit that were like that before I even moved in. I would never recommend them to anyone.
