Absolutely terrible experience. This HOA management company is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Every interaction feels like you’re being talked down to rather than helped. They don’t listen, they don’t take responsibility, and they consistently provide incorrect information while acting as if they’re never wrong. To make matters worse, they actually accused me of “harassment” for sending two emails about an unresolved issue. Two emails. We contracted with HOA desk at the beginning of 2026 to assist our very small (7-home) community with all things HOA. HOA Desk started with my HOA in July 2025. Night & Day difference from our previous management company. Effective , timely and on top of everything. Our account manager, Denise Pickens does an great job coordinating with her manager on the HOA needs & concerns. I definitely recommend them.

They've been great, we have used them for one year. They are very responsive to everything we ask. Their walkthroughs of the property are awesome, and they don't need our help to schedule them. Their report PDFs are very detailed and pretty. Overall, 10/10 value.

I have really enjoyed having HOA Desk as Property Managers - their responsive rate is great and even more importantly - their consultations have helped our board make decisions efficiently and effectively. I wish we would have found them sooner!

HOA desk has been such a blessing and HUGE help compared to our last management company. 10/10 recommend They are dedicated to full transparency and everyone on that team works extremely hard to provide a quick turnaround time on our urgent projects. We are an older set of buildings and have required major projects done on many of the units (foundation, structural, roofing, stucco/siding) and HOA desk has managed all of it! I feel extremely lucky to have found them and would recommend using them to anyone who is looking for a new management company.

HOA Desk is the BEST management company! We have loved our experience. All the people we have worked with have been going above and beyond, always managing our capital projects.
