I only gave one star because I’m forced to. It would be in everyone’s best interest if when the HOA patrols through the neighborhood (Lake Vista Ranch) that they choose days that make sense. For example, I got a letter (first notice) about needing to cut my grass and trim. The date the letter was issued followed a week where we had an entire week of rain. Horrible, unprofessional property management company I've ever experienced. Unresponsive. Lazy. "Community Manager" unaware of how to manage our community or what's happening in the community. I've left multiple voice mails, emails for The Director of Management Operations for the last month and have yet to receive a reply! The list goes on... not sure where our HOA dues actually go!?? Poor management!!

This is not a management company. Beware! Four (4) years supposedly managing our HOA has resulted in more than a dozen property managers. What does that tell you!

Miss one HOA payment and now you owe $3000, 80% of it are fake “filing” and “admin” fees. They won’t even try to help.

I contacted Mindy and Rachael regarding a name change on my account. When I received my new HOA dues coupon booklet my previous name was used. I emailed Mindy and Rachael right away. They responded quickly and looked into the request. They fixed the issue within days of me contacting them. I appreciate their acknowledging my request and taking care of it right away. Worst Association I have ever dealt with. Our contract with them was canceled June 30th but they billed me the association fee for July. Brought the issue to their attention and they still billed me again for August. They are modern day bandits stealing money. So far they owe me $2003.12. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!! Billing department is horrible and cannot help with any billing issues. We have been using bill pay for over 10+ years and they send the check 2 weeks in advance and my bank is showing the check being mailed and making it to Las Vegas and they don’t put in the payments so they can collect late fees. Ever since they switched to this new address there are so many problems with this with so many people in the neighborhood . If you question them they say “I’m now disconnecting the call”. I don’t normally leave reviews for this but the experience I had the other day with manager Rachel just made me feel so compelled. She always responds so quickly & kindly! Even when something goes wrong, she always makes me feel so reassured & respected. The landscaping is always so lovely and well managed. I love living where she is in charge!

To whom it may concern, one of our first experience with moving to Texas was our interaction with Ms Bruening at Insight. She walked us through our process with moving into our HOA prior to arriving in Texas. We came in the office and she took time to sit down with us and tell us what to expect. Months later and endless questions to her office have been nothing but stellar. The entire staff has been professional at every turn. Thank you from this Pennsylvania transplant. You could not have made the transition any easier. You are a treasure to our community and Insight.

If I could leave a one star, I would. Horrible company sends fines that they make up with no proof even after all warnings were addressed the day received. Even my neighbor who has a vacant home and trash cans stored in garage 24/7 gets fines for trash cans it’s a joke this company is a joke by the way I live at 1113 Joshua Tree Lane, Celina TX 75009

By far the most unethical business organization I have dealt with. Charging 50 dollars for a form letter that was evidently certified which I never received or signed for because my payment was lost in mail. Maybe pick up the phone and communicate instead of just trying to grift money out of the individuals that PAY to live in the neighborhood. You would think some common sense would prevail but not with this outfit.

My husband and I absolutely love Rachael, the new manager of the HOA. Her communication skills are impeccable, she's friendly, and she cares about the up-keep of Lantana. The reason we moved here almost 17 years ago was because Lantana was a beautiful and thriving community to live in. I received a letter offering an appeal for HOA req. I complied to work together for a solution. I got no response. Kim with Watersbend area sent another letter threatening further action even after modifications were made. So I tried to call and remained on hold over 30 min hoping she would free up. She refused to talk. They wanted a permit, by FW laughed and said they don’t require a permit for the changes. I’m still trying to talk to someone.

I had the privilege of getting to communicate with Tonya Martin who is in charge of our neighborhood HOA (Insight Association Management), regarding a situation with our neighbor. Although the situation with our neighbor was not pleasant, Tonya was very informative in helping us handle the situation & always super punctual with communication. It’s hard to come across people who actually want to help- speaking with her is always helpful & easy rather than dreadful like most management companies.

This has to be the WORST management company I have dealt with, ever. I am a resident here in Lakewood Trails (Forney, TX). Insight is the management company for our HOA. They are doing an extremely poor job managing this community since we moved here last year. The community grounds are serviced once every few months instead of three days a week like we have been told.
