Very unprofessional, their agents are horrendous and provide false information. Most of their properties are in bad shape and they put the maintenance and any fixes on the tenants. Recommend avoiding this agency and their properties.
Rented here for 3 years and it was generally fine until Oct 2025. One of the industrial exhaust fans started having issues creating loud sound and vibration in my apartment 10+ hrs a day, 7 days a week. The literal kid they have in charge of the property argued and gaslit me about the severity of the issue, meanwhile I have developed permanent issues from it. I've submitted a petition to the Dallas county court to get them to listen to me about the issue, and it's still active right now because they do not follow up.
