Jogip started off well when they are signing up with me as a new customer. They even nudged me multiple times to enter a 5 star review. The quality of service has degraded drastically as time went on. Towards the end, it almost felt like they never existed - neither to me nor to my tenants. Communication: There are times when I had to send emails and followed by multiple phone calls just to get a response from them. Most of the times the phone calls are never returned. They took my profits and charged their own repair fees. Changed the Section agreements I had ouf of my name. I.g. they robbed me through their contract and fees..soon all my properties were sold or foreclosed. Glad I learned.

In 2024, they were referred by a friend to help us find a tenant for our condo in a highly desirable area. We worked with them for 4 months, they never secured a tenant and we felt they were extremely negligent with our listing. JoGip Property Management are very detailed with financial accuracy. They keep up with their tenants payment plan and make sure that our privacy is attended to with top notch security systems.

I had my home for sale for nearly a year and didn’t get any bites. I signed up with Jogip and deposited the funds to begin, then the very next day I received an offer. Jogip was very responsive and refunded my deposit timely without a fight which I appreciate. If I have another home to rent I would use them again.

Honest review. Have used their services for over a year now. While I don't like fees any company you have manage your profit will have them. The costs are no more or less than any other company. The service provided is by far superior. I have never had any issues with tenet, leasing, or maintenance. Everything has been handled efficiently and as the owner of the property I have been kept in the loop with every step of the way. When I had questions on anything I received a quick response and they were handled professionally.

Jo-Gip failed to pay the utility bill to the city on time (despite our payments always being on time) TWICE, resulting in our power being shut off and hours spent on the phone with both the city + property management to get things turned back on.

Very poor communication and follow through. I am a landlord who considered using their services. They completed a property readiness inspection requiring me to complete several items prior to placing my property on the market. I asked for a quote from their contractors, I had to reach out multiple times for the quotes which turned out to be extremely overpriced. Their follow through and follow up on emails and calls is horrible. The google reviews are very accurate.

Between the additional fees that continue to be added on to my rent every other couple months is beyond upsetting. I’ve lived here almost 10 years - the AC unit has gone out so many times - the maintenance people they send to fix appliances, have had ME lend THEM tools because they didn’t have what was needed - I am a single woman. We have been in our house for almost 2 months. When we made a maintenance request, they came out the next day. I love when we wanted to view the house Jacqueline met us at the house the following day and walked through the house with us and explained every step. And if I fell, I did not understand a step I texted and she answered and walked me through it. I have recommended this company and will continue to recommend them.

I am 74 years old. I have been leasing for over seven years and I have only had one maintenance request. And it was taking care of within 48 hours. The staff is amazing. Slow maintenance. Request a fee list when you move in, as late payments will result in 1000s in fees and they dont have payment receipts. Unreasonable. Slow maintenance. Moved in to a bug infested home to which we were immediately responsible. Allowed the homeowner to stalk the property and show up unannounced. I’m writing this review as a former tenant who felt unsafe and unsupported during my time spent living in an apartment managed by JoGip Property Management (2 years +). I reported multiple incidents involving a neighbor that included lewd behavior and violence, including multiple videos. Despite reaching out to property management and the HOA multiple times, no action was taken that made me feel safe. I ultimately had to leave my unit early due to these ongoing safety concerns. I submitted formal documentation, including a certified letter, but was still charged a large early termination fee.…

I’ve been with JOGIP for 1 year. This has been a hassle free experience so far. The only issue that Ive had is upon moving into the property there was an overgrown tree in the front yard that I felt property management should have taken care of, but with several attempts Ive been told it was the renter’s responsibility although it was like that prior to me moving to the property. Other than that management is wonderful, maintenance request are answered in a timely manner.

We constantly get emails about “we value your comfort, don’t forget to submit maintenance requests” however we went almost two weeks without hot water only because “the owner hasn’t approved yet” proves that is a lie. They only want you to submit maintenance requests so they can mark up the costs and profit off the owner. Then try to bribe you with “give us a five star review and we’ll give you a Starbucks gift card.” How about give us five star service and we’ll give you a five star review?

This is long overdue but the experience I've had with JoGip in the last year has just been absolutely abhorrent. It's been non-stop issues with my rental property literally since the day I moved in. I didn't have water for the first week, and no hot water for the first two weeks when I moved in. Since then, it's constantly been one issue after another. They do not have any sort of sense of urgency it seems when issues arise. I had to find a new place to rent and was able to relocate close to my Mom. I thought I would be here only one year and it is going on three years.

JoGip submitted our maintenance request for us based on our inspection. Which was great, they also reached out via text and email for us to provide a good time we could be there. They were professional and replaced out faucet and a few other things.

I woke up one morning and my second bathroom was flooding as well as the dinning room. I had a burst pipe in the bathroom inside the wall and needed urgent repairs. JOGIP Property Management responded immediately to my request, and although their technician was unable to make repairs, he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Then, they send more companies. We got a company to repair the pipe, a company to clean the floors, and company to repair the wall. AND they always kept us informed about the progress and were always available to respond to any concerns. Highly recommend!

JoGip has been very good to work with as a renter. Their portal and app system make payments and submitting work orders smooth. I'm not sure if other rental properties charge a technology fee, but they do. For the most part, getting a response from the office is pretty quick and thorough.

I understand companies have their ups and downs but this was the last straw. I am unsure what this property management provides. We have had to purchase our own hose and sprinkler system, Our own lawnmower, And now they are telling us we need to rent or buy a ladder to change out the smoke detector that is located on our at least 10 foot tall ceiling. Also to mention when we moved in the house was dirty - They did send a maid service, but that should have been done prior to move in. Seemingly an easy process from application to move in. The house was very clean upon arriving on key pick up day. For sure one of the cleanest places ive ever moved in to.
