I would strongly caution any HOA or developer considering this management company. Our community has experienced ongoing issues with transparency, communication, and financial clarity. Homeowners pay $750 per year despite having no amenities and no clear plans for future development. Requests for basic financial explanations and records have been slow, incomplete, or unanswered. There have been serious concerns regarding how HOA funds are allocated, including high landscaping costs and a significant drop in reserve funds (over $30k missing) without clear explanation to homeowners. This is the most shady, unreliable, inconsistent, and hypocritical company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They are prompt to fine you for a trash can that is left out for less than 24 hours of the pickup date but take 6+ months to clean up trash from storms, damaged streets, overgrown grass that is their responsibility to mow but have absolutely no leeway when it comes to the trash cans for homeowners that work in shifts or may not be home the same day as the pickup. One of the WORST HOA companies I have had the unpleasant experience of being affiliated with. First of, they will send violations constantly for the dumbest, most irrelevant things when there are more important things that need to be addressed to around the community. This organization and the people associated with it are absolutely terrible. I have made more than 5 written and respectful requests for info that have gone nowhere or passed on supposedly to a board that does not meet regularly. It is disgraceful. Mr. Christine is a super kind and helpful manager. He has patience. He is friendly . He listens your problems and offering to do himself to help to complete the processing. He always respond email or phone call immediately. I believe under his leadership to lead his team to manage the Richland Trace condo in Dallas TX, slowly it can change to a better environment. Had the craziest day….. Oncor shut off power to one of the buildings without notice. Said the power company sent the order. But the power company said our account was stellar. Turns out it was a billing error from the power company. Both owner and property manager jumped in straightaway to restore power and figure out the underlying snafu. Best part is this is our first month with Junction!! Very happy with the initiative and response time demonstrated by out new management company.

This property management company has TERRIBLE service. We own our home and pay HOA fees to Junction and have had internal and external (external is HOA) water damage that we remedied using OUR OWN money while we wait for the HOA to figure out a solution for the external damage. Throughout this process, Junction has ignored our phone calls and emails asking for the HOA insurance terms. We finally got the terms months later which allowed our home insurance to do interior work to remedy mold that had grown due to the water damage. Junction and John Tarleton tried to do as much as they could in the short time they managed Westwind Condominium in Garland. Seems the HOA elected by owners were not allowing management to do their job. When management made suggestions and asked to go forth on projects they just merely got voted down. My AC broke down 5 days ago, and i reached out to the HOA several times before finally getting a response. when they did answer, the person on the phone (Ryan Paterson) was not friendly or helpful. they eventually sent a technician to fix it and the AC still not working.. i have called again several times and talked to another guy (john) not friendly either- he told me that he was going to give a message to Ryan to call me and 24hrs later nothing has happened.. Absolutely Terrible Experience — Avoid at All Costs Junction Property Management is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. We paid $400/month, and they couldn’t even handle basic maintenance. Our roof had a water leakage, and they completely ignored us for over a month. We didn’t just call a few times — we called so many times they started ignoring our number. We had to physically go to their office twice just to get a response. I understand inside of a condo is on me to fix. However, when reporting buckling ceilings due to perpetually awful roofs - I expect some response. And a prompt one. On my 3rd call, Junction told me that someone would be over last night / this morning with a tarp - I’m still waiting. No one has taken 3 minutes or less to respond to my begging for help so my internal property isn’t damaged further. That’s just lazy, and in the end - destructive

I would give zero. This is almost 72hrs without running water & Junction doesn’t care about its properties at all, just lying & giving the run around. Going to work while on my period & no running water for almost 72hrs! But I still pay full rent & fees. Thank you for nothing!

Very professional and prompt. I have rented for the past year and have always gotten very fast, courteous service with near immediate response. From what I understand the management at Junction property have worked on changing rules, cleaning up, fixing streets, and yard maintenance regularly which from what I hear did not happen before by routine.

Absolutely horrendous management. Every single neighbor I have spoken to has had their emails/complaints ignored. I’ve been waiting for a response from Ashley for weeks, and nothing. I emailed info@junction to complain, and they ignored me too. Unbelievable. I wish I could give 0 stars. PS to Junction - don’t give me an automated response telling me to reach out with issues. I did, but everyone is too lazy to do their jobs and respond to complaints.

My neighbor has had a leak from upstairs going on 3+ years, management refused to look into it. Now that it's been looked into and "repaired", Junction is refusing to pay for water damages because the neighbor didn't call the leak on time. Let me add: this is devastating water damage affecting 4 units. 2 units have ceiling to floor rot. Many times were they made aware of it, as a matter of fact, landlord called it in and the reply was that they wouldn't get involved because of the liability of a lawsuit.
