These people are unbelievable. The manager started out kind due to issues with move in readiness even had her daughter come to clean on our move in day (when I was in labor). She turned out to be a complete scam artist herself everyone in the “company” seemed to be family members vs actual professional employees. We were there for two months and then we transitioned to a new bank and had issues with our account, we let them know in advance our funds would not clear till mid month but we were happy to pay all late fees. After lease term was up and contract went month to month, I gave notice of moving out and because my last day was in the middle of the month, was misleadingly told my rent for that incomplete month would be pro rated after I paid the whole month. Upon move out, they found every little thing they could find in the house to replace that were functional when I left or had only had normal wear and tear: ceiling fans, dishwasher, light fixtures, microwave.
