0 stars with my experience with Lochhead. We signed a lease with Victoria who worked at Lochhead. She quit so Lochhead said our lease wasn't valid anymore. They dont fix anything. Our house had mold and had water in the walls. Had so many water issues and issues in general. Had trees on power lines and when it rained would lose power. Avoid this place.

My husband and I have been in one of Lochhead Properties houses for about 2 years now. First of all I just want to say it was INCREDIBLY hard to find a property management company that would rent to us. We both have backgrounds, we both now work in the substance use disorder industry - I do admissions and my husband is director of operations for a withdrawal management program at a hospital- all of this to say none of that mattered to other places we applied. I am new to living at a Lochhead property. They truly exceeded my expectations of a management company. Any issues we had upon move in were immediately addressed. This made us feel cared for. Upon touring the home we could instantly see ourselves there and we were pleased with how helpful and patient they were. The office staff was amazing! The home was affordable and in an amazing area. We love it and hope to be here a long time.

I have been here going on my 4th year now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Anytime I have needed to call for maintenance, they have been very quick to reply and get someone over ASAP, one time it was the very same day! Everyone at the office right down to the repair fellas are so nice and friendly and extremely respectful!! I plan to be here for awhile!!

We just moved in a couple weeks ago and have been so impressed with this company. Everyone is extremely kind and they have been quick to make sure the things that needed fixed were done in a timely manner! Loving our new home!
