Just moved out from MAA McKinney and want to give a shoutout to Vic, assistant manager, he’s been amazing since day one. So kind, understanding, and truly cares about his residents and always willing to help.

Ryane helped me find the perfect apartment for me. Looking at pictures online does not do justice to the locations. She made sure we got to look at all options and tailored everything to my preferences. She was extremely nice and genuine and I'm happy we were able to go through her in this process!

I am so grateful to have a smooth process working with Angelly Reyez! She was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process, and helped me choose between the different properties and gave me different tours. We ended up signing a lease, and I'm really loving the MAA Heights community thus far! Thanks for all the help Angelly :)

Hello to everyone reading reviews! I’d like to share my experience with Maa. I recently moved to the Uptown Villages apartments and had a great initial experience. Since I graduated and my lease was about to expire, I decided to look for a larger, more modern unit. I visited the main leasing office on McKinney, where I was warmly greeted by a staff member named Ryan. I recently rented my apartment through MAA. When I first visited MAA office, I was lucky enough to be assigned to Angelly Reyes. She was very attentive and paid full attention to my needs. Posting this review after my leasing process - Holly Fancher was an INCREDIBLE leasing consultant to work with!! She was kind, personable, engaging, and all around helpful for the detailed questions I had. We toured apartments this weekend with Holly's help and she made all the difference. She listened to what we wanted in an apartment, then offered plenty of suggestions that fit our criteria. She was so personable, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable about all of the properties! She was so genuine- it didn't feel like she was just trying to sell us something, she actually wanted us to find a place where we are happy. I’ve recently moved to a new MAA complex, due to the endless and effortless help provided by Deborah Moody. Upon moving, there were far too many issues with the new apartment (broken A/C, missing washer dryer, etc.) Moving in June, in Dallas, without a functioning AC was a a major issue, especially with a dog, and one I did not take lightly. The move was on a Saturday, so both my front office and the main leasing center were short staffed. Holly and Deborah were incredibly helpful!! Currently living in a MAA apartment and we were looking for move to another, Holly helped us along every step of the way. Even though we didn’t end up going to the apartment, her customer service never wavered! Very helpful.

I have rented with MAA several times over the years, so when I found myself needing to move again they were my first choice! I cannot express how great my experience has been!! I moved into my apartment about 2 weeks ago with the help of Holly. I toured many comparable apartments in the area in search of a comfortable place to call home with a spacious and functional floor plan, adequate square footage, qualify amenities and added security for peace of mind. I was happy to find it all at MMA! The incredible pool and grilling areas are as outstanding as the club house and the gym, which is by far the nicest and most equipped of any apt complex in the area! I had the best experience with Holly Fancher! I was highly stressed about moving to Dallas from out of town and had yet to decide what neighborhood I was looking for and what I wanted in my unit. Holly was extremely professional and knowledgeable and could tailor my search to what I needed. In fact, after listening to what I was looking for in my price range, Holly showed me two perfect units! I was able to tour MAA Heights and fell in love with the building!
