I am having a over a year and a half issue with hoa group. I have sent them pictures and corresponded with Raneae nothing is done, all I see is this assocation collecting money but does nothing, awful on this property. I have two other properties with another hoa and they do a wonderful job, always address and fix issues. This one trees all over my fence and looks awful driving up been trying to get these cut down or trimmed I have contracted board and Ranae she does nothing at all, what does one do call the news station when hoa just collect money and have the nerves to send late notices d…
If I could give zero stars I would, terrible HOA management company. Sends out duplicates of the SAME letters on the same day and sends them as tho they are multiple notices. Trash service ran a day behind and instead of noticing everyone’s trash was out we received a letter for not having it put up or screened and not only received it once but 3 times. Reached out to the rep Deb who I’ve emailed and called MULTIPLE times and never get a response back. We used to love living in our community and now it’s almost like we get picked on on purpose.
Jessica Milburn was great, quick, and efficient at resolving our matters regarding HOA approval. Highly recommend!
Horrible property management company! Email them they don't respond. Call them they don't answer! Our community is destroyed because of their lack of a care in the world! Horrible horrible horrible!
I would give negative if I could. Most unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreasonable management group. Company managed my neighborhood HoA where auto pay was setup for HoA dues so they are paid on time. Recently management company was changed and they did not forward the money to new company. They are in receipt of it yet telling me rudely that it has been lost and we are no longer your company or responsible.
In the event of water damage due to poor roofing contractors utilized by MAC, don't expect to be treated like a human being, or any empathy for all the interior damage they caused after ghosting me for about 3 weeks as water damage continued daily. If Teresa Frey is still on their website as a Community Manager, understand MAC considers this acceptable practice and treatment of homeowners.
If I could give negative stars I would. Most unprofessional, lack of care, no responses to emails. They Do not give homeowners what there entitled to, demand letters are left unanswered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Gave a one week notice for window solar screen project. All I needed was an ok for the colors. No response for 3 weeks. Crickets and unprofessional responses. I’ve sent 5-7 emails. Still no helpful responses. Our HOA seems to have only hired them so they can kick back and stick their feet up while they relax. The only time they were quick was to file a $$$ lawsuit when our neighbor changed her roofing without saying “pretty please” to them because legally we must. If I could give negative stars, I would. I was overcharged 3800.00 over two years. I will take responsibility for my part, but I live a fast-paced life. Once The MAC Group acknowledged its mistake. They informed us that we would cut you a check. 2 weeks later, I called and spoke to Jessica. She tells me the check has been cut, and it's in the mail. I wait the four days it typically takes. I'm not happy with their inability to reply inquiries. On several occasions, I've sent email messages, requested a reply, and received NONE‼️😡 In January 2024, I received a threatening letter about a late HOA dues payment from December. The letter threatened using a collection agency to collect these dues. I responded that my December (& final 2023 HOA dues payment) was made in September. I told them I would seek legal counsel and any remedy at law to fight any collection. December was an instance where our HOA dues were raised. Able to manage an HOA with minimal costs.
Horrible property management. Stay away from any of their property. They will charge you dues but cannot get a simple repair done in 3+ years. They will be quick to charge late fees and other fees but ignore all repair request. Then threaten you with their attorney.
