My move out process from one mayfair location to another mayfair location was horrible. Yeimy cavazos, manager, is rude and unprofessional. Belittles you and is very disrespectful. Blames tenants for them not having company documents on file. I wrote an email 12 days ago to Hector cantu , her boss, about how unprofessional Yeimy is, and still no response. I tried to get in contact with corporate and they said I had to follow chain of command. I did, and still no response.

I have been a a resident in the mckinney falls parkway for over 5 years now my ceiling in my childs room is falling apart leaking water from a pipe dripping in her room and now its in my restroom i have found another place to move to and they wont let me move out until 60 days even thoough i am month to month i want out and and i will be calling code enforcement this is gone on for over a year i sent pictures to the other manager we have had over 4 manager since i have been here then some kids with guns and ski mask were staring at my daughters window this is insane none of the higher ups car…

I like living here but the common area's are not up to compliance, dirt, staines, cobweb's, bug nest and the smell.

Super unprofessional management. Belittles you and treats you like you aren't worth anything. I was literally afraid of a Manager at my complex. Embarrassed me and made me feel so small and uncomfortable.

If I could give no stars I would… I was on housing my rent was $0 when I moved out in 2023 they kept my $400 deposit & put on my credit I owe them $316 in rent. Me & my 4 children under the age of 12 or practically homeless because won’t no one rent to me because of Avondale I am disabled I am legally blind. Wasn’t anything broke or destroyed couldn’t charge me for carpet I was there almost 3 years so what was my deposit kept for? Why didn’t yall take the $316 out of my deposit if I owed. I would NEVER tell anyone rent with them.

Horrible management company employees at the apartment complex don’t do anything regarding your concerns and I’ve been calling the office in Dallas for the part two days with no answer leave message after message with no response

If I could give no stars I would. My apartments are in Houston, Tx and from the time I moved in until now me being able to leave this has been the worst Management company ever. I was told by those who are my apartment staff that the cameras on the property are there just for show they do no work. I have been without a microwave for months and I have younger children, I've dealt with Mold and roaches. I live at Newport village apartments in Abilene texas, and let me tell you, your management is a joke, the grounds are unkempt, pools are Green and Stink, all the Trustworthy maintenance, have had to leave because they had to wait for approval to buy and repair whatever needs to be repaired or replaced, I have talked to several other Tennants and they plan to leave as soon as their lease is up, hopefully the owne r will look into this sad situation!! Also in case of any Emergency who is going to take care of it??

Since it is hard to contact your office by phone I guess I have to try here. How is is legal for your property located in South Houston , Tx by the name of Granada Terrace are able to evict and charge residents the cost to replace AC compressors?! Notices were received on residents doors last week advising all residents to not set their AC below 74 degrees for as long as you are living on the property! Even during the summer time! These apartments are not all bills paid and these apartments do not pay residents electricity bill! How can they force residents to keep their AC at a certain tempe…

Funny they make it so difficult to contact them about their staffs lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant rights.

No answering service that is competent, and if you have complaints on a property all they will do is send you back to the problem unresolved.

I have tried to contact multiple people regarding a deposit being withheld , I was returned close to nothing of my deposit with no itemized statement of what they used my money towards or contact information

Worst property management I ever come across stay away! They recently obtained a new property El pavon in El Paso Texas. I was evicted by the manager for complaining about her not answering phones or providing Maintance done on the property! They will evict you for complaining to corporate. And the manager will lie about the complaints. I was evicted for “disrupting business operations” I left one voicemail complaining about what I saw as unfair the 2 hours later a notice to vacate was given.
