I recently moved into Monopoly Place Duplex and it’s been a great experience. The neighborhood is always serene & peaceful. I’ve had the best sleep the last 4 months I’ve had in years. The people that live in this duplex community have been respectful and friendly. Monopoly Place Duplex is walking distance from eclectic restaurants and White Rock Lake walking/jogging/biking/hiking trails. I feel safe in this area. I have lived at Monopoly Place for 9 years. It is a great community to call home. Christy, the leasing specialist, is wonderful to work with and the maintenance guys are knowledgeable and helpful!

Live living here! Going on my fourth year! Great neighborhood, and the office staff is always so attentive!

About to start my 4th year here! I really like living in this pretty and quaint East Dallas neighborhood, near stores and restaurants. It’s safe and quiet, with a great sense of community. Love having friendly neighbors and watching them walk their dogs, saying hi as they pass. Love having a large backyard for my youngest grandson to play in and a big front porch to put plants on! The duplex is old and has great personality with some original features! What few work orders I have had to send were handled very promptly. Beats apartment living! Hope to stay here a few more years!

Love it here. Great location, White Rock Lake is less than a mile away. Been here since 2017. Christy and Lisa in the office have always responded to my questions and requests. The maintenance staff always follow through. They are an awesome group of good people. The owner visits regularly and they are constantly making upgrades to the properties, plus they mow the front lawns and keep the trees trimmed. It's cool that they have a yearly neighborhood yard sale, send you a birthday balloon greeting, and Holiday greetings with a little surprise gift. The owner even sent out a 50.00 check to help…

Mold is a major issue in these places. My dog and I both became very sick living here. They made ME pay $600 for a home inspection to prove there was mold and did not ever remove drywall after they had proof. The summary of the home inspection speaks to lack of property upkeep (more damage done by not handling regular maintenance). Water heater, a/c, fridge and dishwasher all went out at some point, all things took a week-months to be fixed if at all. This neighborhood loses power FREQUENTLY. I have lived here for almost two years and I love it. Very quiet...Lot's of families, dogs and trees...walking distance to fun restaurants. Well maintained by a very friendly team. Close to the lake!
