As a long term rental property owner, i have to give MRE a 5 star rating. They have managed multiple properties for us over the last few years and run the gauntlet with us with good and bad tenants, storms, roof damage, and busted water heaters. They have remained professional throughout and communication has only gotten better over the years. The whole team at MRE has been a blessing as I sought a property manager that understood my goals and did all they could to reach them. While market conditions were changing rapidly they offered advice on ways to make my property more attractive than others on the market and made sure my investment was protected. Having used them for some time I cannot say enough about their commitment to quality on both sides of the leasing coin.

I lived in the MRE property’s for almost 3 years they provided me good service. Moving into the property was a breeze and I would definitely rent from them again (after all was said and done Shalove even tried helping finding new homes to look into) appreciate MRE property’s truly.

I will never live in a MRE property again they took my whole deposit then turned around and try to ask for more money?

The move-in process was extremely smooth and easy which was a plus since I was moving from another state. Anytime I had questions or emailed everything was handled promptly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is having the landlord properly fix things was a hassle. Which doesn't reflect the agency since he wanted to handle that part himself. I would prefer to go directly through property management for repairs

I starting leasing through MRE a year ago. I’d never done a “self showing” of a rental before, and the thought of sending money online without an in person meeting had me extremely skeptical. The initial viewing was easier than I’d expected and the signing/move in process was stress free and smooth like butter. I locked myself out after hours and had someone there within an hour or so! Prompt responses and results when you need them! 5 star customer service EVERY time!! Thanks MRE!!

So far, I've had a fairly great experience with the MRE team. They made the leasing process smoother and their online portal makes things easier to work around and super convenient! Occasionally, it takes a day or two for some repair concerns but the staff are always polite and address my concerns. The property is well-maintained and the team commits to providing a quality leasing experience.

We recently moved into a townhome in Plano Texas at a fairly decent price, they have been great at communication and promptly fixing any small issues the property has as soon as possible! They did a great job of making sure the property was move in ready. It’s nice to know they are always a text away if I ever have any questions! Would recommend!

I lived at many places and this is the best. I live at the meadows in Hillsboro Texas. These are the nicest people Nikki and Jennifer are always on it. The best girls ever they go out of there way to make you happy. So blessed to find this place.

This is my first experience using a management company and I am very pleased. From the beginning with the application and needs to getting into the house I am renting, it has been smooth. The staff went all out with the communication to keep me up to date with the progress so I could get moved in. It was great considering I was moving from out of state. Definitely appreciate MRE for taking care of us during our three years of leasing with them. Most of all, I appreciate that they refunded most of our deposit back and even though we were charged for a cleaning and the yard, it wasn’t outrageous.
