Not sure how they managed all the 5 star reviews. All from 5-6 months ago about an employee who is no longer with them... interesting. I have had a maintenance request in since April. Reaching out to them directly seems to be worthless so I will leave this review up until my issue is solved. (2nd time I have had to do this btw)

I love the community, and I've enjoyed my time over here. Working with management like Amanda has been a great experience. She's very passionate about her tenants and her position as a manager. One of the best. And she will be greatly missed. Amanda as you move on to bigger and better things in life, know that the sky is the limit. You are greatly appreciated.

I think some people can't properly describe the help they receive, but I think Amanda and this management team are good enough. I came from Saudi Arabia and I don't speak English, but Amanda has been helping me since day one, fixing any maintenance issues with the apartment. I also think their prices are very reasonable for their location.

The property manager Is very efficient in tending to her tenants; even after hours she helps whenever needed.

My experience with Amanda fuller and staying at one of her properties has been an amazing experience she embraces you with.open arns and helps you resources needed past your connection with the property like food pantry s mental health resources,and more she really goes beyond I'm saying all this because the situation is rare and she really deserves to be acknowledged..and the properties are awesome and great daily onsite maintenance give yourself a chance and check Our community opportunities with Amanda Fuller..

I absolutely love my community, I live in one of the properties and must I say there’s no place like home, safe quiet and beautiful view.! Amanda, who works in the office is always a phone call away when it comes to her tenants. The maintenance team is also phenomenal at what they do, will wake up during rain sleet and snow to do there job.! Highly recommended.! Everyone around you is definitely family.!!! 🩷🩷🩷
