Kyp and Holli are the best. Very professional. They always call you back and reply promptly. Every time there’s an issue, they handle it efficiently and effectively. I’m very impressed with their ability to take care of homeowners. Thank you both for all you do. This is exactly why we have reviews to let others know they’re in great hands.

Our HOA switched to PMI Cross Timbers last year. John has done a fantastic job. They are extremely flexible and responsive, and most importantly they communicate in a timely manner. I was particularly impressed with their management of our annual meeting and their ability to address and resolve issues we've had for years. Changing to PMI Cross Timbers was the best decision.

I've lived in my complex for six tears. Recently, our HMO was changed to PMI Cross Timbers and we finally got real support. Yet also, recently, there's a new Rep named Holli Nugent and she's the greatest! Thank you, Holli.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This HOA property manager — specifically, Craig Smith — is the definition of unresponsive and unreasonable. He hands out fines for trivial, nitpicky infractions while ignoring legitimate concerns from residents. There were no fines at all before he came along. Worse, he operates as little more than a rubber stamp for the board’s whims — no matter how unreasonable or out of touch those decisions are. It’s telling that the prior property manager quit, citing the board’s unreasonableness and their insistence on enforcing rules that were impractical or outrigh…

My HOA has recently contracted to work with PMI and I needed help to set proceses thru their portal. What a great experience to receive cuatomer support from a lady named Kyp. She was corteous, pacient and friendly. Her instructions clear and precise. So very refreshing to work with her and with the PMI Staff. Thank you! M. Garza
