By far the worst HOA association, 1. They provide no grace period for payment. 2. When you try to pay the links do no work, passwords are invalid, acccount can not be found. its almost like they do it on purpose. 3. When you finally decide to call after you exhausted all online payment option, its impossible to get anyone on the phone and the call keeps being hanged up on.

Amber and Joey are very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Their great customer service is a huge improvement over the previous staff.
