Teresa who is over our account does a wonderful job at making sure I get what is needed and making sure we are taken care of. Stacey W is great as well!

My daughter and grandkids rented a 3-bedroom home through PPMG and lived there for 4 years. We found PPMG to very responsive to all requests we had for repairs in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to emails and quick to return phone calls in those instances when the call went to voice mail. When my daughter moved out, I found them to be very fair regarding the percentage of the security deposit they refunded after deductions for a few, justifiable deductions. As an owner of several rental properties myself, I really appreciate the support, knowledge, responsiveness, of Mike Page. PPMG employees are like a family and do what it takes under many circumstances to help. In my case, I didn’t know where to begin, when a property of mine became uninhabitable. The company does half fast as far as maintenance and fixing up the property. They put a Band-Aid on the problem.They do not care about the renters that live in the property as well. They do not care about the neighborhood. All they care about is the money. As a homeowner next to a rental property they do not care about Shared fencing with having it be destroyed by the renters animals. Do not rent from them. They are horrible company. They charge an HOA fee, but they don’t care about the appearance for the neighborhood

Hello. I want to share my my experience with Annie Riggs who is my property manager with REI. Nation. Any time I have a question for Annie she always gets back to me with the answers in a very timely matter and very professional way and always with kindness . I had an issue on July 27th where I did not have some information with me because I am traveling and I called her for some help and she got back to me within minutes with the information which helped out tremendously. Caleb came by to look at some things that were wrong with my rental house that I just moved into! He took pictures and documented these issues so we could get them repaired! Very nice guy and filled me in on what was going to be done! Thanks again Caleb! 10/10 recommend him!

I’ve been with PPMG going on 3 years and they’ve been a great property management company. My water heater recently went belly up and they came the next day and replaced it with a new one. I absolutely appreciate their hard work in getting my work orders completed.

I spoke with Stacy today to get caught up on rent and she was amazingly understanding and helped me come up with a plan to get back on track. Could not have come at a better time, with todays struggles. PPMG has been awesome since day one. They worked with me to find the home im currently in and gave me options on others to look at. They are very good on maintenance. There was only one time I called and they could not help me. They always follow up and are friendly. The property management company is out of state but is far more responsive than most in-state landlords. I highly recommend, just make sure you check the neighborhood well at night and have the. Verify the chimney is in working order because they don't repair that.

I’m a resident with this company and the hospitality and kindness the representatives have are one in a million. One agent in particular stood out from most because she responded quickly respectfully and assured me that my concerns would be addressed. Times are hard and it’s very comforting to know my home is not something I have to worry about. So big shout out to Teresa Rosado! Thank you for the kindness you’ve shown!

I gave this company one star, but honestly, if I could leave zero stars, I would. During my tenancy, I experienced ongoing mold, plumbing, water, and habitability issues that I repeatedly tried to address. I reported these concerns and sought help, but I felt like my concerns were never adequately resolved. As the conditions worsened, I even asked about the possibility of moving to another property because I did not believe the home was safe or healthy for my family. The situation became so severe that I had to throw away furniture and personal belongings that were affected by the conditions…

This living arrangement never has a lack of resources for the house because ppmg will respond immediately...I had a repair person on site within 1 hour... That's good care

PPMG maintenance is on top of it! I have dealt with several maintenance companies and this company is by far the best. I had three issues on Sunday and they were all resolved by Monday .From renting to maintenance this place is the best! Autumn is so pleasant to work with!

This is the first time I’ve rented a house and I am really impressed with PPMG. They make everything so easy and it’s very user friendly. I had some work done on the home I am renting and Autumn and her team were very quick to respond to our needs and got the problem fixed! Autumn was very professional and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work.. Very pleased!

The house location I stayed at was a joke. Everything was falling apart and had to put in numerous request. Before even moving in I asked for the garage door to be fixed, I was told that it was and on move in day it in fact was not fixed. Off matched paint patches, broken blinds, warped floors, stained carpet and more. They then lock you in for a 2 year deal and at the end of it say that you owe them money for damages that already existed.

Been renting with PPMG for two years and have been great, when maintenance is needed they are quick to have someone come out your home.

DO NOT rent from this company. I was living in one of there rent properties and the structure of the house was completely falling down. When I made them aware of the issue they were going to send someone out which never happened. I called over and over again to get the issue resolved but no one at this company cares. I dealt with them back and forth for 2 years and nothing was ever fixed! The state of Oklahoma even got involved and sent out an inspector they came to look at the house and advised that the house was not livable as the structure was completely cracked they were surprised the hous…

I have been with ppmg for 5 years now. And I must say there maintenance department has really improved. They act immediately as soon as you put in an order....AUTUMN will personally follow up to make sure you are satisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor company that fails to follow the law in states which they do business. They will throw around Texas Law even though they operate in other states and the property is in a different state. When requesting documentation they simply say we don’t do that so pay up. Incredibly dishonest and care nothing about the people that rent from them for years. They only care about the landlords to ensure they make money. This goes for their parent company REI Nation also. Such a shame that companies like this ensure normal people can’t afford a decent house.

We have been renting with PPMG for almost five years. They are absolutely amazing! Autumn and the maintenance team are very friendly and responsive. Any issue we have had (plumbing, ceiling fans, HVAC), they have gotten a vendor out right away (within a day!) and the vendors have been very professional and fixed the issue. I highly recommend PPMG as a management company.

So I’ve been a resident for 6-7yrs so far and just resigned for another 2 years love the long term rentals this has taught me a lot so I will be sad about leaving but by then I’ll definitely be a homeowner this is a family am I the perfect tenant no but they worked with me through pregnancies and surgeries got behind $4k they allowed me time to get my ish together yes have a had maintenance fees yes but it’s for not changing filters or overlooking things that are in my contract I can say I actually love them Stacy and Sarah they get ish done and take care of their residents

We’ve been tenants since March 2025. We love this property, and the community. We’ve had some repairs, and replacements needed here and there that were always done in a timely manner. Be very careful with this company. At first, they are very friendly and helpful, but when a real problem arises, they take no responsibility. I have been living in this house for one year, and this is my second cold season. The heater turns on and produces heat, but one single day of heating costs the equivalent of about 15 days in electricity, which is clearly not normal. Update: changed to 1 star: we were rented out a house that did NOT make us aware of a foundation issue that was clearly known about with our 15 month old. By the time we got it documented and ran around (since September 2024, so 4 MONTHS) it has now been "closed" due to the contractor they sent to caulk major foundation gaps did not "update them" and instead of calling him, they have closed out our foundation issue (second time now) after the general manager himself admitting it's clearly a foundation issue on phone. Most inconsiderate leasing company I've ever leased from. they would not pay to fix the stove but would also not allow us to purchase our own stove. so i paid $400+ to fix it, they would not allow us to have some one take over our lease when we needed to leave so we were forced to pay $3000 to break the lease. when we got our new house they would not reply to us or the new company for a reference so we almost lost a new lease. we never missed a single payment and kept very good care of the property and were treated like scum when we needed to unfortunately leave due to my Nurse job. would not …

As so many other have stated this property management company has no intrest in making sure tenants have comfortable and hatiable living environment. They do band- aid many maintenance issues or decline to resolve them all together. The most help will ever receive is if you file a complaint agnaist them. Don’t rent here they are trying to make me pay over $900 for a repair I didn’t know was going to be done to the AC. The house was also given to me in poor conditions (awful foundation problems) with a burnt up microwave included.

I leased with them for 6 years and for the most part they were very helpful, easy to work with and took care of maintenance issues quickly and successfully. There were times when things weren’t done exactly to my liking and they kept coming until it was right. I had a good experience renting with them and would rent with them again if need be.

I have been renting from PPMG since June 2022. Every single time I've called in for something to do with maintenance It has been less than 24 hours, before somebody got out here. They've always been kind courteous and very supportive in all matters. Moved into a PPMG home with little issues. When we moved in we filled out the damage sheet with all the issues. Day one no hot water and had to miss work for the repair tech. Once that got fixed the tub did not drain and we had to have another technician come out, who blamed it on the fact that the enamel was breaking off. Another day of work missed. Third trip they repaired the enamel in the tub but it still would not drain. Another missed day. We've had such a great experience with PPMG! They made our move in experience so easy and they've worked with us more than once when we've fallen behind. They have been quick to respond when we've had things we've needed maintenance for. Never had such a great experience renting before.

After reading all the reviews my expectations were low tbh for any service requests. BUT I have made 4 requests so far—2 for HVAC and 2 for plumbing. On each occasion a repairman was at the house in less than 18 hours and had the problem fixed. My rent is pretty high in my opinion but the maintenance team can’t be beat!

Last year around June my wife and I thought we renting a 3brm house in Jacksonville, Ar. Until one day a guy named Miguel shows up to the rental property and demands us to leave. ADDITION (it gets worse): They repaired the leak after another month or so. Because I was 9 months pregnant by the time of the repairs, I asked if we could wait a few weeks before scheduling the sheet rock repair. I have been renting from PPMG for 4 years as of today. I have another year left on my lease renewal and to be honest, I hope I get to rent from them forever! As long as you pay your rent and take care of your property, they don't bother you and when you put in a work order, it is dispatched very quickly and the vendor responds as soon as they get the order. They give out Special Deals - Call a "late fee special" they will match what you pay if you're ever late "you pay half and they will match your price on the dollar" this only applies to any LATE FEES - not your rent payment. Sewage has been backed up to the front door from outside, we’ve had water shooting out of the foundation, a big tree limb fell on my neighbors vehicle. Kept security deposit left the house clean replaced carpets when I first moved in cause the carpets was stained , stank , and dirty the foundation of the property was in very very very poor condition and started shifting that the doors eventually stopped locking unless they was pushed up on with force

I have recently started renting with PPMG and so far I'm impressed. First, the application process went smoothly and now every time I need something fixed in my home, it gets taken care of quickly. They communicate efficiently and their portal is very easy to use. Also, very nice people!

We enjoyed our time in the rental property. We loved the neighborhood. It was our first rental in Little Rock. Prompt fixes to property great communication. Also made the move out process a breeze. Thanks for everything while staying at your property.

I have been renting from this company for almost 4 years now. I have not had any issues. I expressed concerns regarding my AC unit & they sent someone out within hours! No issues with making payments or reaching someone when I need assistance. Very pleased!

I am so happy that I found PPMG Of Texas. They are so professional and helpful. I have never experienced a company handle business so efficiently. I did a work order and gotten a response back so quickly and the work order was completed instantly. I have been leasing with this agency for 5+ years have not had any issues with them. They are very diligent with their work orders and following up to make sure everything is okay. They make pay your rent as well as submitting request online very simple.

This company has been great so far and I’m just about 1 year in. My home is nice, I have had a few plumbing issues but they have always sent someone right away. Very quick to respond to the needs of their home leasers.

My mom is here visiting for the holidays and she is elderly and she gets cold very easily. Every time we turn on the heat it would trip the breaker about 10m after. So I put in a work order in for it. Electrician called and said that he wasn’t going to be able to get out to my house because he was ill. Jeff gave me a call and got someone dispatched out the same day within a couple of hours. So grateful for him. I lived with two other people for less than a year, One of which was abusive towards me and threatened to kill me on multiple occasions . I reached out stating in order for my safety I would be no longer living there and the company still decided to send “debt” to collections without contacting me. The Debt Collections company told me they needed to have given me a roommate relief form and I was never given one either. Think twice before you move in looks are very deceiving they remodel to make things look nice but they are not functional as far as plumbing and other issues.my lease started 5 days ago and I have had to put in 3 maintenance orders due to bad plumbing this is going to be a long 2 years.lesson learned I won’t be renewing or referring anyone to ppmg rentals

My family and I toured a house we instantly loved. We wanted to move quickly, and our agent Traona Green was amazing. She was so nice, and went above and beyond to get our applications processed fast. She gave thorough information and answered all questions we had immediately any time of the day. This has been the best and easiest experience I’ve had in renting.

Never EVER rent from this company. We were charged a $1795 security deposit and once we moved out, they charged us $3,005.00 worth of “damages” to the property excluding our security deposit! They were charging us for things like cobwebs, power washing the front porch, and other ridiculous things that were already wrong with the property including paint not matching. PPMG of Texas is easy and fair to work with. From touring properties, to questions regarding their lease, to signing the lease all processes were easy, hassle free, and not stressful. All maintenance requests were immediately acknowledged and repaired in a timely matter. Given the opportunity, we would definitely rent from PPMG of Texas again!

My boyfriend and I rent a house through PPMG of Texas and have had a great experience! It recently started to get chilly in the morning, so I wanted to use the heater to warm up the house. Upon trying, I found that our heater wasn’t working. I put in a maintenance request and within a day someone had called to schedule a technician at our house. The heater was fixed in the same week. Now, when it actually gets cold out, I know we have working heat.

I got a place with them which is very nice and there was a issue with the plumbing and they had someone out that same day quick response and easy to work with if you're looking for a place I would highly recommend working and getting a place with this company

Where do I begin? When I moved into my home, we’d had a house fire and my family and I were devastated. We found a beautiful 4 bedroom home in the heart of Little Rock. While I lived there it was great however once I moved out trying to get my deposit back has been a pain I've had to contest things because they wanted to charge me for everything from cracks in the ceiling to them deciding to paint behind the stove(mind you the stove was installed when I moved in and I never moved it a single time)
