The house 219 Sliger is full of mold because there is zero ventilation in the house. We did independent mold tests in every room which proved the bad mold was in the house and took them to the premier office. When they called my daughter, the landlord (premier) they accused her of being dirty and blamed her for it. She was so rude and hateful. Meanwhile, my daughter and one of the children have long term mold exposure symptoms and having to see a nose throat and ear specialist. Not only that, but they had to take care of pest problems themselves for bugs and rodents. The house is cheap and all…
These people are very bad property managers they charge you for every lottle detail to them its no where and tear about iti was there 13 months and there were very litle spots where the beds were against the wall and not to mention there were no holes in any of the walls and ghe kitchen cabinets the paint was slightly wearing off due to wiping them down and the they charges me 1125.00 just to paint i don’t recommend leasing from these people
Worst Rental company I have ever experienced. The employees are rude as hell. They were supposed to be here for an inspection today and no call, no show. I even took off work. Stay clear of this company
Worst rental property management company imaginable!! had a leak for 6 months they refused to fix and leaked all into our house and destroyed my couch tv and table!! Said it was not in the owners budget at the moment. Horrible!! Then when we moved out, they tried to charge us for the carpet that had been leaked on. CRAZY!!!
