I had a very disappointing experience working with Preston Management, largely due to my interactions with Karrie Bay Singer. Communication was consistently frustrating—questions were often met with vague, circular responses that never led to clear answers or resolution. It created an ongoing sense of confusion and lack of support. From the beginning, the condition of the home was also concerning. Several items appeared poorly installed or unfinished, including loose toilet paper holders, trim coming up throughout the house, and damaged fence panels. Preston Management has made my life as a renter incredibly easy and stress free. They are very responsive and quick to complete any work order I've submitted. I even had clogged drains during Thanksgiving week and they came out over the holiday weekend to ensure my pipes were fixed.
