Routine maintenance issues were handled without our needing to get involved, which meant no late-night phone calls from tenants. We just ended living at this house for over 3 years. Property Management Jarrid is amazing and Daniel from maintenence is amazing. Any issue was resolved extremly quick, we had 0 issues all 3 years. We only moved to downsize becayse we have no more children at home. If your looking to lease, Jarrid is your guy !!!
