Unfortunately, we have had an unpleasant experience working with this team. It started well and we even referred a friend to them. For as long as things were going well, they were doing okay - collecting rent on time, etc. When things went south, I found that their ability to manage the situation wasn't good. From delays in responses, to not promptly suggesting actions on collections, to not being detailed oriented in their assessment of property (at the end and also unfortunately in the visits they did). I recently moved into a new home that is being managed by RPM Engage. They have been incredibly helpful and honestly, all of the extra services they provide to make a move transition as seamless as possible are simply outstanding. Also, they are incredibly responsive to any of my questions and always understanding and gracious. I realize there are property management companies that are not tenant focused but I can assure you that this is not the case with RPM Engage. Highly recommend!

Update to 1 star, after 3 months of their service. Their initial responsiveness has gone away. And the service has become ridiculous. It takes like 5-10 minutes to open a simple request with the stupid AI. Also no one is responding to the SMS/text for days. They are forcing me to fix it my self and then sending automated text saying it's not allowed for renters to fix the house themselves. Absolute worst Property management service out there. It is clear my property was not inspected well before I moved in. Washing machine was not even hooked up to water. The air filter was FILTHY. Hot water heater needed to be replaced. Electrical did not work. Oven did not work. How could an inspector miss these things? According to the Texas state law, as a renter, hot water falls under a safety issue. They have helped remedy the situation but I never should have been in this mess in the first place.
