I would not recommend working with Real Property Management Ideal. Communication has been very frustrating, especially when trying to get clear answers on repairs and charges. The biggest issue was with my AC. I was charged $740 based on an initial diagnosis, but the issue was not properly fixed and continued shortly after. Because I still had concerns, I requested a second opinion, which cost me an additional $325, and that vendor confirmed the original diagnosis was incorrect and identified a different issue (a leak). Very professional, came to my property fist time pointed some of the things l could fix to attract renters. Gave me reports of traffic to propert weekly. RPM worked with me on weekly pricing of rent. Would reply to calls right away. I will use him again if l have to.

Seyi is very responsive with an action-oriented mindset. He is highly professional but also genuine and honest, in the sense that, he wants what is best for his clients. The house I rent switched to this property management last year and I’ve had absolutely zero problems since, anytime somethings been broken they’ve gotten it fixed promptly. Making payments on their portal as well as making maintenance requests are super easy

The rental unit was in fairly good condition. There were places where a new paint job and general floor cleaning were definately needed.

The place seems very good to me, and adequate for what I need. I consider the window next to the kitchen to be a little damaged, but everything else is perfect.
