I have been using Real Property Management Legend for over a year and have been overall happy with their process and communication! Everything has been completed in a timely manner and allows me to not have to worry about anything with my rental property.

This is for rental owners: on several occasions I’ve had to do the job myself by shopping around and getting competitive quotes for repairs. Due to the overpriced quote they gave us we lost a tenant. Forcing us to shop for a better quote.They use third-party contractors, slowing down repairs and causing a markup on material. Without oversight, repair costs consistently came in above average market rates. If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are unethical and do not communicate during the rental process. The contract we signed with this company indicated that any expenses past $250 would need to be approved by us. They have not been able to rent the property after nearly 2 months. Now they’re claiming that they’ve accumulated $900/ week in expenses trying to rent the property. None of these “expenses” except 2 have been communicated nor approved. RPM Legend has been a breath of fresh air living as tenants in one of the homes they manage. They are quick to respond and resolve any work orders or inquiries. They were organized during the initial leasing process and the subsequent lease extension. And to top it off, they are always kind and friendly with their communication. If you are looking to lease, then I highly recommend looking for a property managed by RPM Legend.

RPML has been good to us! Kent and his team are very responsive, kind, and professional. While I am a new tenant, I feel that we are in great hands! Maintenance has been extremely attentive and thorough and concerns were addressed by Kent himself. I appreciated that the RPML team shared my urgency when I applied to rent one of their homes in late Feb - I toured and applied one day and was approved the next! I picked up my keys in less than a week and did not have to take extra measures in finding a housing situation in a new city. Thank y'all very much for making things easy for us.

So far, I've had nothing but positive experiences with RPM. Currently leasing a property through them, and they have always been quick to communicate with me and help me resolve problems as they occur.

I am currently renting here now, but to get a showing was impossible. I get a code to unlock the lock box to view the property, it did not work. Could not get ahold of a human on the phone to get a tour so I decided to rent without being able to view it. 3 months in the maintenance is apparently non existent. I report the bedroom ceiling leaking and did not hear anything for over a month until I complain about it. The only "help" I've gotten since then was promised days to fix it and no one shows up. So if you have any issues, be ready to fix the problems yourself.

I had a great experience. I have no complaints anytime I had a maintenance request they were there within the next 24 hours. Great leasing company & management was awesome. I would have lease from them again. Ms.Paula was a great leasing agent!

RPML are wonderful. I would recommend to anyone needing a management company or anyone looking for a property to lease. They are timely with tenant concerns, they are on top of any concerns I have. They respond quickly and their online system makes paperwork very easy. They have a long list of high qualified repair and service people that handle things if issues do come up. Highly recommend!!!

RPM Legend did a great job and was very timely with their responses relative to other property management companies I have worked with. I would recommend that you lease a home through them as they will take good care of you.

My experience with RPM Legend has been great! Kent was very responsive after my initial inquiry about a townhome and made the process of touring and applying very seamless. Paula was incredibly helpful in getting the process completed and answering questions about the lease, utility connections and much more! I worked with Kent from RPM when I needed to rent an home. At the time, I was in transition from Hawaii to Texas to get medical care for my daughter. Working with Kent was fantastic, he empathized with me and patiently worked with me to get us into a home.
