I told Real Property Management Quest that I wanted a complete hands off of this rental. The property manager surpassed my expectations by keeping up with appointments, scheduling, and tenant requests. Needless to say, I am very pleased with their service.

We have been very happy with Real Property Management. From the time we initially reached out, Charles and Mechelle made us comfortable and described how they would take care of our property. They helped us get the property ready for rental, advertised, showed the property and screened the renters. We had renters within a month.

Despite a few issues when we first moved in—like the AC not working and a few maintenance items—we’re really happy overall. Our leasing agent Charles was great and personally made sure everything got taken care of. The AC was fixed quickly, and the rest was resolved without hassle. I HIGHLY recommend Mechelle. I had to find a home very quickly. She listened to my needs, requests and urgency in finding a home. She was compassionate and went above and beyond for me as most times due to my work schedule I had to view homes on off times. She did Not hesitate to accommodate my needs and we secured our home quickly. She ensured our integrity and privacy!
