So thankful we changed management companies!!! Real Management has been so helpful in handling our condo since they took over. Everyone we speak to is helpful and kind. Thank you to our manager Cody Johnson for helping us get our roofs and all the maintenance items that have been put off for years taken care of. We've had to pay alot in special assessments but it is worth it and the information has been given out very detailed and helpfu! I know people usually only complain but I wanted to say job well done. If I could give this company less than one star, I would. As a member of an HOA board, this is one of the worst management companies I have ever worked with. Bills are not paid on time, homeowners are frequently overcharged, and responses to emails can take weeks. Communication is extremely poor, and when concerns are raised, it is difficult to get clear answers or accountability. Requests to meet with upper management are often ignored or never scheduled. I knew there would be some changes with our new HOA provider. I do wish that we would have gotten our messages sooner through a better means of communication as the mail system is 10 days and by the time we get that piece of literature stating we have things to complete to be in compliance, we also get a secondary one that is sent through USPS first class which means the HOA is spending twice the amount of money it should to alert us about the compliances. I'm a new memeber on an HOA board in Frisco. In fact 5 new members took over our board last year. RealManage was the company already in use by our previous board. Our property manager, Melissa Smith, has been so helpful in guiding us with our board tranistion. She always gets us the answers we need in a timly manner. I am a Board at local condo association. Today we had a vendor who check was sent to a wrong address. The error was ours and when I contacted our community manager, Shonda, she immediately responded . She identified what info was needed to expedite a check for our vendor, She then gathered and reviewed needed forms and got them to management for the "ok" to have a check processed today and got our vendor needed monies. I’m extremely disappointed with how my HOA account was handled. I recently discovered—by accident—that my account had been marked as sent to collections. No one from the HOA ever emailed, called, or notified me of any issue. The only reason I found out was because I logged in to update my payment method. My dues have always been on auto-pay, and I’ve had a tenant in this property for two years with no prior problems. Doesn't maintain the neighbors. Charges insane rates but doesn't do anything for the homeowner. Doesn't enforce bylaws.

Allows semi trucks in a residential neighborhood, even though the docs and city ordinance forbid it. After multiple complaints and pictures, their only response was "we only saw one semi in a driveway". Also ignore official mail sent read receipt to their mailing address.

Brianna is our community association manager at Ridgeview Ranch and she is doing an excellent job of communicating things that are going on in the neighborhood. She is very easy to work with and responds quickly.

I've had the opportunity to work with several managers over the years from the DFW RealManage location. All have been excellent. Most recently, we have been working with Cody Johnson on some ongoing repairs and construction projects in Dallas. Ms Johnson is extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding construction processes, budgeting and financial management, and your companies policies and procedures which made our process even easier. Working with RealManage has been a positive experience. Our onsite team, Andrea and Avery, consistently bring professionalism and care to the daily management of our community. I would give it zero stars if possible. These people have no idea what customer service is. I emailed them as my account, that has been set up on auto pay for months, had not been billed and therefore not paid. Its the 10th of the month and was due on the first. Why are we ten days into the month and they still have not billed. Why are they not apologizing. And better yet, why would they even think to threaten to charge a late fee. Oh, and by the way they now charge a fee to have it drafted from a bank account. I would steer clear of this company if at all possible. They simply don't care!

Stay away from these people in the Atlanta area. They are useless and unprofessional. They will nickel-and-dime an association on fees outside the high monthly management fee. It is a money grab for no work. Individuals on the board will still be doing all the work, or spending considerable time trying to get the RealManage manager (CAM) to do their job. They lack basic communication skills and cause chaos in neighborhoods they manage. RealManage recently took over my neighborhood HOA duties. One of the first things they did was restore our neighborhood entrance sign which had crumbled into a sad state of disrepair and ignored for over a year by the previous HOA management company, CMA, which was overall VERY neglectful with responsibilities!! RealManage to date has been doing a yeoman's job! The new grounds keepers contracted have been doing much better at keeping up the neighborhood green-way areas neat and colorful! My wife is an HOA president and has to work with this company. She is constantly having to TRY and contact them about the simplest things like paying the HOA bills. They will not talk to you but only send endless emails that do not resolve anything. The HOA members have had meetings with them where they promise things will get better but they never do. They are basically holding the HOA hostage since it would cost more in legal fees to get out of their contract then to ride out this nightmare. Do not sign with this company it will ruin your HOA.

I was double-charged for HOA dues and Capital Allotments. RealManage blames the builder, but I'm not sure who is at fault. My initial try to get this straightened with RM was ignored. I will have to spend my time and energy trying to contact builder, RM, and the closing company to get the erroneous charges reversed. I recommend trying other management companies if your HOA is seeking administrative management support.

Take note of the other reviews, they steal your money. They claimed I didn't make an HOA payment, sent them proof, and they're still in denial. I just gave up and paid the HOA bill, Again. My family definetly could of used OUR money more than this big corporation. Hate that I have to deal with them....

They declined my request to waive the fees even after I explained that I did not receive any letters from them. I could not reach the I always talk to an agent works for them and then wait 2-3 days to hear back. Services they provide does not deserve the money they get. They are always rude. I hope our neighborhood gets a better management company, the old company was much better.

We’ve lived in Ridgeview Ranch since 1998, and we can’t remember a better Management Company than the one we have now. Briana Anderson keeps us informed on everything we need to know. Recently I had a problem accessing our account, so I reached out to Briana Anderson, and she quickly responded to my plea and explained what I was doing wrong in a most patient and respectful way (to this 88-year-old gal). This company are simply scam artist. I live in Stonebridge ranch in McKinney. They took over our property management about 6 months ago. They fine you for a non-detailed violation you call them, fix it, then they fine you again and tell you it was for the same violation but point to a different place. They intentionally wait to inform you of violations (over a month) so they can fine and increase fines. They give you a moving target... I live in a wonderful place. Our community is beautiful with so many things to connect with my neighbors. There are book clubs and wine tasting and social events. Excellent customer service when calling to ask for instructions to report an incident in my home. Call answered on the 3rd ring, agent was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. She gave me specific instructions with all the information I needed. Thank you, Destiny in Dallas!

I was late payment for the first time and I go online to request for a payment book so I don't missed a payment but I didn't receive it. So 3months later I emailed and called them again they said will send out, But never receive it until now almost a year... Horrible!!!!

I contacted the firm that issues checks for my condo fee and was told it cleared their bank June 3, 2024. Racist company refuses to correct the spelling of last names, do nothing for the HOA Lakeview Summit. It’s obvious they know a so called board member. Don’t buy in Lakeview- the houses are total junk built by Horton. These are not the starter homes either.

This company is unbelievable. I have lived here for 21 years and never had a problem until this management group took over our HOA. They changed my billing and HOA information when someone in my household that is not on the HOA account, not on the home loan, or the title sent them a pool card waiver form to activate the summer pool card. I was not receiving any mailed statements anymore, or emails from the HOA. I realized this and logged in to see what was going on and saw that I had $135 in fees and missed HOA payment. This company has been terrible since taking over my association. Over the summer I was replacing my carpet with flooring and found foundation cracks. After one whole month of dusty concrete and not being able to live on the first floor, they finally got someone to repair it. A month!!! I've never experienced such horrible customer service from anyone before. This has been a nightmare. I've been struggling to get my $200 refundable moving fee for 8 months.
