I am so excited about my STR being managed by Gabriel at Rent Relax. They rearranged my pictures and re wrote my descriptions and I’ve had a couple inquiries and a nice 3 day booking. My property was sitting empty 8 months with previous property manager. I am not computer saavy and need a PM like Gabriel and his team who understand optimization and marketing. Gabriel and Rent Relax ARE working for me and I am excited for lots of success in the future and less stress for me!

Hi everyone! Let me just tell you that own an Airbnb in Río San Juan, Nicaragua 🇳🇮. It was a tough start but fortunately RENT RELAX came along and everything changed. They helped me optimize my title, they helped me with the pricing and helped me with my listing...a total game changer. I am now co-hosting with them and everything seems so much easier and I don't have go crazy every time a guest/guests come to Lacasadelriosanjuan. Our stay in Dallas was great! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean, comfortable, and our host was very responsive and attentive. We would definitely return and stay again!

Safety has always been my main priority while traveling and this stay checked that concern throughout my stay. The unit was very clean, with all the extras of dishes, pots and pans, filtered water, washer and dryer, and a smart tv! I slept well which was an important factor!

I must say I have been using Airbnb for a couple years now and this experience and property has to be hands down the best one I have had. Not only is the property absolutely stunning but it’s in a perfect location with walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops and short drives to amazing attractions. The host is excellent at attending to your needs and quick with responses I honestly will stay here everytime I visit Dallas because it was the best experience ever I highly recommend to stay and book with them !

Spent a weekend in a Lower Greenville Air BNB! It was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the best gelato (and food and nightlife activities if that's your thing, dessert is my thing). Can't wait for my next visit!

Great location in one of the best areas of Dallas. Everything you need in an Airbnb. Comfy bed, great shower, upscale decor, amd great outdoor space. Communication with host was excellent . Walkable to restaurants, pubs, amd shopping on Greenville. Adorable neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Gabriels Airbnb in Lower Greenville, Dallas . It was our second time staying at the apartment. Good location and the apartment is really comfortable and clean.Felt home from home. Everything worked and Gabriel is responsive host.When we are next back in Dallas we hope to stay again.

We truly loved our three-day stay at Gabriel’s property in Lower Greenville. The neighborhood was perfect for short walks and is filled with wonderful cafés and restaurants. The property was clean and conveniently located near Downtown and Deep Ellum. I would absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in Dallas.

Great property and quality amenities. Sparkling clean, equipped with excellent amenities including washer dryer- easy parking spot off the street, comfortable bed and bedding, everything needed to stay in Dallas. Close to juju’s coffee and great restaurants, easy quick path to downtown Dallas. Great place!
