Rent Ready Homes LLC/property manager Marco Gumawid has been by far the best property manager I have dealt with. They genuinely care about their tenants and properties. A huge difference from the previous owner.

I have been trying to get some issues resolved with my house and Connie spoke to me and the next day people was here fixing things. One issue I was really unhappy with Connie and Liz made it happen within days. I really appreciate them for the immediate responses and answering every call every time even when I was upset. They both made me feel better

My property manager, Jordan C, was very attentive and respectful. Although, they just bought my property, they took care of my maintenance needs and accommodated my family in every way possible to ensure we were safe and happy.

Been with Rent Ready a little over a year and they have been easy to communicate with and have been responsive anytime we needed anything. Just wish there was online pay. Other than that, no complaints.

Rent Ready has to be some of the quickest, efficient and polite maintenance crews I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been at my residence since Nov 2023 and I’ve always had the issues resolved expeditiously! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible experience with this rental company since day one, 2k a month for rent and we have had nothing but problems with this house, ac never works, then the heat went out, the rental maintenance company is awful, they never respond. They are never on time, you cant get a hold of anyone and any time you submit a maintenance request it takes 10 days or more for anything to happen. My family and I are currently on 8 days with no air conditioning and our house is at 88 degrees. Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Unfortunately my experience since moving in has been a different story. Before signing, I was given incorrect information by both the receptionist and my leasing consultant regarding utilities. I was told the unit was individually metered, which factored into my decision to lease. After signing and moving in, I discovered there is only one meter serving both units of the duplex. My experience with RentReady was flawless Marco made sure everything I needed was done expeditiously. The process was easy and fast as well, they even let me set up internet prior to moving in so I was able to work on move-in day. I’m loving my new home and the company who provided it for me.

I have moved every year for the past 4 years. I've had both corporate landlords and single owners, rent ready homes has by far been the best. Marco is always quick to respond and understanding. We haven't required maintenance too often, the only two times was the dishwasher not working and a car that had run through our fence (wild I know) Both times the maintenance crew was quick and professional, the fence looks great and is as sturdy as ever! I highly recommend RRH, they make the houses feel like homes.

Marco has been really attentive and helpful during our move in process and checking if we need anything. We did need some maintenance help here and there but they’ve been good at taking care of these issues.

This has been the absolute BEST rent experience I’ve ever had. We moved into our rental in May of 2024, and any issue I had was acknowledged and resolved as quickly as possible. I can not , and will not recommend this company! I moved into my rental in January, and have sent several maintenance request… and they all have been ignored!! The first request was for the locks on the front door weren’t working, I waited so long I had my dad to come over and fix them, then I sent a request about the back door that has a crack in so big that all the air& heat goes straight out of it! The next request was for the water pressure…you can’t wash dishes, clothes, your body, and or flush the toilet without killing the little pressure that is available, and last but not least my AC…

I have been with Rent Ready for a year already and I’m extremely happy with their service. I had the worst rental experience with this company. When we first moved into our home, there was roaches and bedbugs. Many requests were also made with this mobile home. The address is 7702 Snug Harbor Circle, Frisco, TX 75036. The home had a lot of issues that we had to tend to the whole year we were here. This even included windows that needed to be replaced from storms, that took them days to get out here and we ended up losing a lot of our stuff that was run because it was literally raining inside the house. I have been renting my home from Rentready Homes for about 4 years now. They have been very responsive and helpful with any issues we have had. I would recommend renting from them to anyone. Staff has always been very friendly but still maintain their professionalism.

When we first moved in they responded fast but there was multiple things going on in the house we were renting. It got to the point where I swear they blocked me and my roommates numbers they would NEVER answer our calls and would only text us if it had to do with any payments. We would have to call from different numbers in order for them to answer. Wouldn’t recommend this rental company at all.

This is the worst leasing company I’ve ever experienced. My AC has been out for 3 days now I’ve called the office multiple times and nobody has come to fix it or has contacted me to schedule a time. On top of that after my roommates and I signed the lease they kept having us sign the lease about 4 more times after the first time about 3 months into our lease which was very annoying and felt very unorganized. The most Horrible rental experience ever! Sheesh where do I start! First the landlord is nowhere to be reached, all you talk to is 3rd party people and that is not convenient when you have a big giant hole under the stove! Rodents came and maintenance came by and put foam in the hole and he said they might eat through it! So why put it? So therefore the rodents ate through and come back in my hous, maintenance came back and put the same foam lol that’s so inconvenient. But yes I can go on and on!!! Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The utilities were in the company’s name, and for the first three months, I did not receive any bills even though I requested them. They finally added them & wanted me to pay a lump sum at the time of rent. In the middle of my lease, my water was shut off for nonpayment, even though I was paying the company for utilities. Enjoyed my 2+ year tenancy. This company is timely with service requests. Their employees have been great to interact with and responsive via email and their messaging system.

My previous lease bills were under their name and charged to me. The accounting was never able to provide copies of the charges and at one point tried to back charge for payments if already made and when I refused to pay and provided proof my balances were paid they charged my renters insurance and refused to help further. Luckily once proof was sent to the renters insurance that payment was made they did not charge me for those thousand of dollars so rent ready homes collected from me and my insurance. 8110 Skillman #2074 I stayed in my unit for 3 years , Rent Ready bought it from my original landlord everything started off great, I started off paying $900 each year my rent increased $150-200 each year after that I moved October 2023 and was paying $1400 , it just wasn’t worth it they stopped fixing things stating it was cosmetic PAYING 1400 IS INSANE‼️‼️ WE ALL SHARE THE SAME WATER HEATER so your water is either NOT HOT or it takes 30 minutes before it is, the complex itself will turn your water off out the blue which is infuriating ‼️

Worst experience ever, the sewage overflowed into the house, came up through sinks, tubs, both toilets, and kitchen sink. I notified the company, after 3 days I received a response from the city of Forney (landlord called to cover up pre-existing plumbing issue)came out, and informed me that this was an ongoing issue with the management, nothing to do with the city. DO NOT rent from this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I move in at the beginning of march and every thing was fine until the summer time came. Pools of water would be in the floor from the A/C leaking which also created a big hole in the ceiling. After 3 months of them sending contractors out that claim to have fixed the issue, they ended up putting more holes in the ceiling that were never fixed.
