Had a conference in the main level conference room. No A/C, 80° for 4 hrs, while I was there. No restrooms on the main level at all, had to go outside of the building, accessible only from the parking garage😳

I’ve lived and worked in this building for the past 4–5 years and, up until recently, had a very positive experience. The onsite security and valet staff have always been respectful, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, my final experience was disappointing and unacceptable. During my office move-out, property within the building was damaged while movers were relocating furniture. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, Jason Laurence responded with sarcasm, dismissive remarks, and no willingness to take accountability or help resolve the situation. Beautiful place to live.

I’ve tried to reach this place multiple times to figure out what company was hired to provide such terrible security and poor customer service to their tenants. An incident happened earlier today where I’m pretty sure a renewal won’t occur for the future. You can thank your security contractor.

Calling is very impossible don’t even try it they will not answer
