The team at Signature Leasing has gone above and beyond every time we need assistance. Most recently, we had no A/C, and it was 90 degrees in my home. Under the leadership of Richard, his team, Jose and Alejandro worked tirelessly all day into the late evening to make sure our family and our lil Chiweenies, Bonnie and Jaxson, had cold air before the day was over. We are extremely grateful. I would highly recommend Signature Leasing to anyone looking for a reputable management company. Well done!

Great rental company to work with. Everyone in the office is so nice. And we absolutely love our rental home. We have been living here for a few months now. When we have a problem maintenance comes right away and fixes it. Thank you all so much for the great service!

I am grateful to signature leasing, they were willing to work with me when other places were not. Experienced an issue during the move out process. Ms. April reached out and we were able to come to a resolution together.

Signature Leasing Management has shown themselves to be greedy, unprofessional, and outright cruel. After 33 years of tenancy, the family was hit with 26 random charges after the tenant passed away. Attempts to get answers from April, Richard, and Azfar were met with total silence. No returned calls. No emails. Nothing. They hide from accountability while exploiting people in their worst moments.

I came to know that my mother-in-law, who passed away over two months ago, and lived in her duplex for 33 years had some late charges on her rent that she didn’t pay. She, may God bless her soul, felt that staying in her duplex for 33 years and taking care of the property as best as she could including changing floors, painting the house multiple times, changing appliances (stove, oven, and dishwasher) from her pocket would be enough to forgive the fact that she was late in paying the rent few times in the span of 33 years! Signature Leasing Management is predatory, heartless, and a disgrace to property management. After 33 years of loyal tenancy, the family was blindsided with years of backdated “late fees” only after the tenant passed away. When we tried to get answers, April, Richard, and Azfar vanished—ignoring every call, every email, every chance to do the right thing. They prey on grief, hide from accountability, and exploit families at their most vulnerable. Avoid this company at all costs.

An absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Their complete lack of professionalism and compassion after a tenant of over 30 years passed away is nothing short of abhorrent. Simply unbelievable.

Charging multiple late payments when we made every payment within the first 10 days of the month for the last 30 years is wrong and petty.

Worst leasing office to work with as well as Ms April, Mr Azfar and Mr Richard are the worst people to deal with they are extremely unprofessional never answer calls or emails. They are trying to charge late fees on my grandmother who lived there for 33+ years, she passed away recently and it’s like they couldn’t wait to charge even more fees as if that rent wasn’t enough already. Absolutely ridiculous. Never rent from them.

With some small requests for maintenance they have gotten back to us pretty quickly in regards to repair. They are not getting back to me in over a month regarding a floor replacement. Front office that answered was unsympathetic and dismissive when I expressed my frustration about not hearing back regarding the request that was put in that I have follow d up on numerous times, with no answer. For paying almost $1700 a month and a place we have lived in going on 6 years now, I would expect more professionalism and security as a tenant.

I just called and spoke with Jesse about a property and he was so combative from the beginning of the conversation. I told him my owners are selling I would need to move he begins to tell me they can't make me move etc. I've been here 10 years renting from the nicest couple why would I give them a hard time? He is not a good realtor maybe if I can work with someone else but not him

I have rented a beautiful house from Signature Leasing. I absolutely love the house and the neighborhood. I am so thankful I have been given the opportunity to start at new chapter in my life here.

Not sure why they don’t have 5 at least 4.5 stars! April & Richard have always been super helpful. I’ve been renting about 6 years thru them, this is my 2nd house and I don’t have any complaints. Maintenance is quick and professional and nice to my cat lol I have referred friends and family and will continue to rent with Signature. Yes, they are busy but if you leave a voicemail or email you will get a response faster. Have to understand they are the middle man and everything goes thru the property owners. Other than that, I’ve never had an issue.

No Heat ...This has been a ongoing issue here at South point apartments. We as residents should make a complaint and pay the court our rent money......

This company is by far the best! I have been with them for 8 years. Things have definitely taken a turn for the best. The improvement is very noticeable and ever so consistent. They have wonderful communication and are great at getting to things in a very timely manner. They are also very understanding of the unexpected things that life may throw at you and work with you throughout it all. I so appreciate them and highly recommend them.

This company management will only give you problems. With yearly attempts to raise rent and only give you sub par repairs when requested. Do not rent 7036 Nandina Dr. Dallas,TX 75241. while the home may look ok it has many issues. 1. Little to no installation in the walls and ceiling. 2. Homes a new breaker box with 1960's aluminum wiring. 3. Poor install of plumbing lines. Making the home a flood hazard during the winter months. 4. Had the most horrific year while renting from this company. It was so bad that even Jessie manning apologized the last week prior to moving out for the horrible experience we had to endure. Always make sure the owner of the home lives in the states or you will be asked to communicate through WhatsApp, with the owner, when you have entered a work order to make repairs. I have been a tenant for the past 3 years our rent has increased from $1,350 to $1,600 they don’t fix anything everytime I call I never get a answer , when I email them it’s weeks before they respond and when they do respond there are no solutions they send the same old maintenance man that doesn’t properly fix NOTHING!!!!
