SNL Associates, Inc engages in unethical business practices, failing to perform due diligence to ensure that accurate information is being reported and tracked for the businesses that elect to utilize their services. They have been told several times there are 2 cars that have no tags and not moved in months taking up parking. There IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING! code enforcement towed my car where everyone parks BECAUSE THERE'S NOT ENOUGH PARKING AND 2 SPOTS ARE TAKEN UP WITH ILLIGAL CARS. it cost me 175.00 plus my 2 fitness classes I teach pay of 100.00 plus half a day standing in line. This management company is by the most poorly ran I've encountered in my 20 years living in different HOA's . The wasteful spending is ridiculous. I was just sent a certified letter being told to take a piece of cardboard down from my window. No knock. No note. Just a wasteful certified letter. Do better! My hope is the board will ditch this horrendous company & reallocate the wasted 8.95 they spend on certified letters into actually putting some maintenance into the property.

I only give two stars instead of one because all HOAs are bad. But this is the worst I’ve ever interacted with. Rude staff, bad payment system, slow response times, etc. Avoid if possible. Updated: this review was based on my previous experience with the company. That was horrific. Today was much better, hopefully a step in the right direction.

I imagine not too many people come here to praise an HOA management company. For the short time that I’ve known them, they’ve been helpful.
