Somerset Association Management Reviews

Somerset provides little specific information to individual owners who paid HOA fees. It is almost as if they only work for the Board members associated with the property. Decisions regarding contracts for work on buildings etc. do not seem to follow a respected bidding process. And, individual owners are seldom if ever asked for input on these critical decisions. It is only since Shay has been the Somerset voice in our building that I see more positive changes.

This company took over as the management company for my subdivision 5/2024. I decided to to add a full house generator and knew I needed the HOA approval. I signed my documents on 6/24/24 and have called to request information to process an approval for installation. A new representative contacted me lastas of 7/19/24 I can't get the paperwork to start the process

We have had four different representatives in the past two years of their management and only one actually paid attention to our account.

Somerset Management Association was the management compnay for The Landing at Lakeview. They are extremly incompetent and should not be allowed to provide property management serices. Marlo Kelly and Daniel Flood are terrible at their jobs.

I recently had a tough condo operation issue that the HOA (primarily my HOA manager) handled extremely well. She is a team player, very nice and an asset to this type of living (which is new to me). Thank you, Somerset (HOA) and Marilyn.

Jim Reist has been an exceptional manager for our condo association. I have applied for pool tags and they can’t seem to figure out my new address-we have lived here over a year. I JUST wanted pool tags. IT IS END OF JULY-NO pool tags-but promises of pool tags for WEEKS. I am not impressed with this company. I don’t think they care about River Plantation here in Conroe! Very upset. There has been communication, promises of the delivery of pool tags, but not following through. I think our request went to some COMMITEE?? I don’t care for this company!!

We rate the whole team with 5 stars. I am nearly 92 and my wife in her 80's. We need them frequently. Worst property management. I was lied to about fixing the problem. After trying to contact them for weeks they were rude to me. I pay into an HOA and will definitely be making my voice heard about replacing them in the future.

Somerset is a terrible management company. Our project looks BAD. Weeds in all the planters. Common area furniture ripped and not repaired. Totally unresponsive…Parking garage is filthy. I’ve read the other reviews and you are fortunate. We have not had a positive experience.

Absolutely the worst property management company. Cannot accomplish even the simplest requests. Cannot keep building clean. Cannot provide new fobs for owners. Decks are a mess - weeds growing up in concrete. Deck furniture falling apart. Do not keep appointments. Will not return phone calls. Would not keep them even if they worked for free.

Somerset has been our management company for several years, they continually underperform and fail to get issues resolved in our condominium building. I would never move into another building these people manage.

These are great apartments and the staff is wonderful as well. I have dealt with Veronica many times on the grounds and in the office and she has been wonderful every single time. Helpful, kind, and friendly. She is true professional and an asset the property. This would be great place to live.
