Having already worked with the great crew at Standridge on one property, we just moved the rest of our properties to them for property management. As a retired CPA, I really appreciate the excellent accounting that they send me. Also, they are very responsive to tenants and my requests. They are enjoyable to work with.
We purchased a property in April of 2023. We were very disappointed in our first PM. After a year of struggles we fired our PM and hired Standridge Companies to take over as PM. In one and a half short months they have taken the bull by the horns and straightened up the unintelligible accounting, created a budget that meets our expectations, and streamlined our distributions. They can explain to the layman or speak to the professional. These guys are a true pleasure to be associated with, and we would highly recommend them to serve as your PM team.
