SYNC Properties is the ultimate residential property management company. As a tenant for almost four (4) years, I am beyond pleased. The team is always responsive and kind. Further, their reinvestment in property upkeep is apparent. SYNC Properties has set the bar extremely high for the tenant experience.

Kari- though we had thoroughly discussed that I was taking an apt for 6 months while building my home and I had asked about extending the lease mo-mo until construction was completed, it wasn't until I had been approved and received the lease that I saw a 60 day notice to vacate in the final clause. Really? You knew I was going to Europe the next day and my house being demo'd the week I returned. Thank God The Arche's of park Cities were nicer, had more amenities, better priced, had secure parking and didn't pull any fast one's on me. You cause a tremendous amount of stress and took my time…

I LOVE living here! The apartments are so clean, so cute and in literally the best location with the best price you’re going to find in Dallas! I have had such a pleasant experience, Karrie B - has been beyond helpful and truly cares about all of her renters. I cannot say enough about them, I would highly recommend :) Ashley B
