A must stay at property if ur going to a Cowboys game. Very close to the stadium which helps with getting to the game easy. Picked this property for my b day weekend n my family n I absolutely loved it… It’s very comfortable n extremely clean.. spacious for everyone that went with me. My son had a memorable Xmas weekend here. He loved to opportunity to make s’mores n play outside games. Even with the cold weather the outside firepit kept us warm. I booked a rental and very quickly learned it was no longer needed. Top Tier Estates was super responsive and helpful in updating my reservation and helping process a refund. While I can't speak to the property (though it looked lovely!) I can speak to the company- I would feel confident booking through Top Tier Estates again.

The home was very spacious and comfortable. The area is centrally located to all that the DFW Metro area has to offer. Jay was very attentive to the questions I had. All in all a great experience. I will try to book this home again if I visit the Dallas area in the future.

Had a Wonderful stay at this very cute and homey , clean and immaculate retreat while vacationing in Texas. It was the perfect stay having everything one could possibly need from a deluxe coffee bar and espresso to all the comfortable amenities you need after a long day out sight seeing and exploring . Love the neighborhood as well...nice quiet and safe but yet close enough to local stores and restaurants ....would definitely stay again .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of Top Tier Estates properties in Arlington, Texas for 5 nights and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The rooms were vibrant and cozy, with high quality beds that provided a restful night's sleep. The house itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I was so impressed with my stay that I ended up booking another stay at their another one of their properties in Fort Worth, Texas. Cute, comfy get away! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds and a coffee bar, what more could you ask for? The location was perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

No issues in the location of properties . The management team are very prompt & courteous with any questions or needs you might have . The check in / check out process is so effortless & convenient .
