This is a great management company in and out. They check tenants' background thorough and effectively filter out bad tenants. They treat both the landlord and the tenants very fair and I would highly recommend them!

During my tenancy, communication regarding maintenance requests was often slow, and several issues remained unresolved despite multiple work orders being submitted. Raymond at U Property was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole rental process. Without boring everyone with all our details, suffice it to say we have a very unusual move from San Diego to Fort Worth. He was kind and caring throughout the whole, demanding (on our part) experience. He just rolled with it, kept in close contact, and followed up in a very appropriate manner-not overbearing- but frequently enough. I rented a house for U Property Management in the Plano area from 2023 to 2024, for the entire process, from seeing the house through requiring maintanance orders, up until the moment I had to move to another city, I always felt secure and supported by the management team. They are fast responsers, effective and most importantly humane. I couldn't recommend U Property Management enough for my process through the Plano area.

I always feel with reviews that you get both extremes. People overly joyed (seem fake) and then people who are angry and want to get back at a company. We are neither. We come at this review of the property management company as a renter and not a property owner. We always got a response to any items we brought up and the app they use is good for payment and reporting anything you see. It's certainly better than dealing with a owner directly. While payment and communication was good, they do not stick up for renters. We had multiple AC issues at our rent home in Grapevine, the disposal go out, a some other slight issues. They did not fight for us to receive half of our deposit back and charged us for an old leaky disposal. Not right.
