Do not get any rental houses with them-owners they do not do a great job at managing properties. They need serious training on how to deal with people and what services they offer. They are terrible with work orders-you might as well do it yourself. Keep in mind we are not buying these properties and thats what it will feel like when renting through them. Do not rent through them!

Urban Asset Management has been amazing to work with! Any time I’ve had a question or maintenance request, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. The property is always well cared for, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best management companies I’ve ever rented from!

Wish I would have read all these reviews 3 years ago! Horrible! I submitted my non renewal letter because of financial issues I’m moving out and they hit me with a 430 landscaping charge for a guy that pulled out weeds, I called the landscaper and now the phone number is disconnected. Both Tamra and Christan are very unprofessional they wanted me to play phone tag with them and neither had answers to the questions that I asked. For all I care they can keep the deposit as their “landscaping” money I just want to move out. DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible job communicating and just want to keep your mon…

If i could give a zero star i would. Allnthey do is take a check for rent. No support you have to wait days for any repairs. Kept my deposit because i moved out of state unexpectedly. Now they are trying to bill me for 6k 4 months later . Never a phone call email nothing just a bill collector out of the blue i left a forwarding address and they have my phone number and email . 100% crooks do not rent from these people.

I rented a house from them for 2 years. Did not have many issues with the house and when there was an issue the process was easy for repair and they responded in a timely manner. The office staff is so nice and friendly.! The only reason we moved was because we bought a house. I highly recommend renting from them.

Do not list any of your properties with these people-They do a very poor job-Do not Rent any properties-even if its a steal-They are poor with communication-They do not value tenants and they do not do repairs in a timely matter. All tenants know your rights. My experience with them was like nothing Id ever seen and ive been renting for the pass 6 years and never had to experience what I experienced with them. They need a serious reevaluation of their business practice and a lesson in organization and business and a refresher in real estate practices.

Very unprofessional rude and they lie to Cover their tracks .. I do not recommend renting from them seek elsewhere!!

I have been in one of their properties for two months and there are several small fixes including plumbing that I put in orders for on the first day of move in. Still nothing has gotten fixed they just keep saying they’ll look into it.
