Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They have allowed water leaks to continue unchecked, creating conditions that contribute to mold growth, while refusing to properly address or repair the underlying issues. Property owners are left dealing with the consequences while management avoids accountability all while increasing their management fees annually. Truly, if I could give Veracity, Inc. a zero star, I would. And, unlike many Google Reviews, I say this for good reason. As the child of a homeowner of one of the many condominiums under Veracity's HOA, I am utterly disgusted with the processes they take when dealing with us. I had to put 1 star just to get my review on here. They don't deserve even 1 star. Any repairs are denied or we are told that "only emergency repairs are being made" due to financial issues with the Board(??). So for 5 years we have been paying dues that went from $325 to over $500 a month and zero repairs are done, the landscaping is atrocious. My experience when they managed Windtree condos. The only thing they were interested in doing was nickel and diming the association for every penny. They would charge the association every time a homeowner called, if they mailed a letter they charged $5, $10, $15+ per letter. Nothing was ever fixed or done to the property. They ignored homeowners requesting copies of financials. Just look at Veracity and the puppet Board of Directors running from the HOA meeting! Not allowing the community to vote for new leadership. Why would anyone contract this company with behavior like this??

We hired Veracity over 10 years ago, and they saved our complex. They are expertly knowledgeable and competent in every aspect of property management, and are loyal to sensible fairness and truth. They are especially adept with legal and financial issues. Admirably, they have zero tolerance for nonsense, and will stop abusive vitriol in it's tracks. My experience as owner from the beginning was not good, I felt lost and had no direction for mailbox key replacement, remote replacement, property question. Someone told me to call the# on the wall by the mailboxes for Veracity. I called the # and Lori Welsh answered. I told her my concerns and she informed me that she was the property manager, and she gave me her email address. Lori let me know that any questions or concerns I had going forward, that I could contact her anytime and she reads her emails at home also. Its like pulling teeth to get information from hoa, people park on the parking line, trash a shipping company's honk to get in the gates, and finally berated with complaints since my move in , all ways construction, and questionable persons or personnel taking photos of me. Veracity Management Company has been extremely disappointing in both responsiveness and basic property management. They consistently fail to return calls, leaving residents without answers or support. One of the most concerning issues is the ongoing boiler problem. The boiler breaks down repeatedly, often leaving residents without hot water. On multiple occasions, no formal communication was sent—residents had to find out through word of mouth rather than from management. They are resourceful company with mostly helpful staff, I have always gotten my issues fixed by either phone calls or email.
