With 4 weeks of a heads up, this is how I walked into my apartment the day of move in. I had to clean my apartment myself, and gave them seven to eight months of a second chance. Since then I have lost hot air in the middle of winter with no fix, a leak over my bed in my bedroom, a leak over my bathtub that I was told would get addressed the day after move in and never saw the maintenance man again. I lived in the Summit apartments in Huntsville, TX for 2 years. I moved out at the end of September 2024 and have yet to receive my $500 deposit back from this company. I was told by the property manager that everything was good with my apartment upon move out and gave him my forwarding address for the check. After talking with the property manager again after months of not having my deposit returned, I was told that the main office is responsible for cutting the checks. I've had such an amazing experience since I moved in roughly ten months ago. The property has such professional managers that obviously know there job because you never see them. The lack of seeing off-property managers means that they're on top of work orders , repairs and any tenant problem that might arise. We also have all the necessary amenities that go along with upscale living, such as; Tenant controlled access, security cameras, walking security, valet trash pickup, along with ways to repair your credit, through services apps like Credit Builder and payment apps such as Flex. I just moved here . I love the nice, clean atmosphere. The amenities are awesome. Different lightening to feel your glare . The open concept is everything. The leasing agent Blake is awesome.
